Hi everyone!
I suggest a small tweek in Wraith tactical which I think would make sense. In the beginning wraith saw enemies when she was in the void. See the trailer:

But this feature was removed and Wraith does not see enemies in the void. I think that's fine, because it would be too strong.
When Wraith enters the void she will leave a trail. Which gets stronger blue effect as the tactical timer goes down.
My suggestion is to tweek a bit the trail effect.
I think the trail effect should have hard blue effect when she enters the void and shade as the timer goes down. I would say that at the last 1-2s the trail should be invisible.
For now for attacking is not really usable the tactical, because you don't see enemies and everybody sees your trail. For escaping neither, because the trail is visible and enemies come after you and wait for the end of the tactical and you are dead. Pretty much all the time.
With the suggested trail effect change Wraith could escape and hide somewhere and nobody could track her down. Except another Wraith, because Wraiths sees each other in the void. Therefore this feature would make a lot of sense too. If a wraith escape and move to the void, another wraith could go to the void too and trace her.
What do you think? Please share your opinion and experience too.

And just where are you getting these "pick rates" you speak of? Respawn doesn't post this information like Rainbow 6 does. So any other source must be invalid.

I honestly wish she did see people in the phase. I hate phasing and walking right into someone and then being absolutely screwed.

Just watch the GLL Apex Legends Series. A Wraith and Pathfinder in literally every team. And for the amateur scene, just watch "many games" (for statistical reasons) of any high elo streamers and see for yourself. Or simply just base it on your own experience. Wraith is without doubt a top tier Legend.
But the real question is: do you think Wraith is under-powered compared to the other legends? If not, then it makes no sense to buff her, even the slightest.

Well, I'm not an expert, but her tactical is week and there are rare cases when it's useful compared to other choices you mentioned. I think they pick it because of thin body and moving style.
I understand that your suggestion is based on your observation, but do you think that no pro players chose her too? The quick left right moment style is not easy to learn. I don't see many streams, but have you seen how many times do they use the tactical effectively?
What I saw is most used as an extra for the ultimate due to increment movement speed. But that's what is suppose to be?
Seeing enemies while in the void would be too OP, except the shooting penalty would be increased.

Her tactical is not the strongest in the game and quite situational, but I dont think pros or high elo (or anyone for that matter?) pick her for her tactical. Her strength is her ult since circle rotation and position is super important, something that is noticeable already in high platinum/low diamond. Also, many games ends with a closing last circle so her ult is invaluable in that situation (they create a loop and can survive longer when the circle is totally closed). Also her small hitbox is a point of strength.
So her other properties make up for here "weak" tactical, making her a top pick, at least in high elo.
