Shadowfall needs love.
I love the idea of this game mode, and when it's fun it's fun. But there are far too many problems with the gamemode as is. Here are some solutions to problems.

My concern for me is when i die i constantly hit spacebar spacebar to skip .. then thats how i quit in a match .. try changing it so that no one will quit the game .. i think no one is really doing it on purpose

Thanks for your input!
As much as I hear, and understand the problem with spacebar=quitting, I'm positive the majority of players still quit intentionally, I say this because I play on console where quitting is still a problem. On console you have to consciously PAUSE, down, A, down A.
(That being said, it's still easy to accidentally quit after you die even on console. Pausing and quitting the instant you die is muscle memory when you're playing a solo game mode.)
And yes, consistently inconsistent shadow dmg lol. Just wish it was clear!

How much time have you actually spent on the game mode? Shadow HARDLY win in my experience.
Where the dropship lands is definitely a big variable. If the dropship lands near buildings and cover, and the surviving team has a Wattson it's almost an auto-win for the survivors. If ONE person gets in the drop ship they can literally cover their teammates from outside the building while being invincible in the dropship. Wattson and friends are practically unkillable inside the building. And if the rest are pathfinders (which they usually are) they can just open the door and grapple the dropship easily.
I really don't understand people saying the shadows are too strong, they NEVER win in my experience. They have won 2 or 3 times in all the games I've played (even in games where the majority of the undead don't quit the game!)
On top of the tower in front of repulsor proved difficult for champions to get to.
The other time we won (dropship at artillery) the last few people didn't even attempt to get to the ship.
Survivors win 90% of the games I play. This could be due to all the quitters. But from my experience there are just too many exploits from legend abilities... that combined with minimal teamwork and sticking together it makes it pretty easy to win.
P.S. I also find staying away from the pack can be advantageous if the undead don't notice you. Even with the dropship SWARMING with undead in the last 10 seconds you can easily just throw a jump pad or grapple to the dropship when you're solo.
