I have been timed out twice in back to back matches due to server error. Once being kill leader, this is absolute garbage. There is no help from respawn or EA about gameplay but god forbid someone can't link a credit card to purchase apex coins and give EA more money, they jump on that in a matter of minutes. I've never seen more of a loser company who can't provide stable servers for their customers.

Hi there, @GREENBEANKING97.
I'll try to help figure out why you keep disconnecting. First, are you on a wired or wireless connection? Also, what system are you playing on?

Not only errors, but also "no damage" registering and fps warping is disgusting. By far, this season is the worst Apex experience i had since season 1

I too am having issues on the server. Last night, I was playing in ranked matches on Xbox One, St. Louis servers. Around 2:00 am, I got online because I couldn’t sleep, and I noticed that the title screen was slow and glitchy as I loaded in, which doesn’t usually happen. I hopped into the game and, right away, I noticed that the game was not running smoothly like it should be. I was experiencing unplayable stutters where my game would freeze at random instances, have delayed audio with legends speaking and weapons firing and reloading, as well as the supply bin’s lettering being distorted. I was playing with good connection with the server placing me at 53 ms with a wireless connection. I decided to reload the game, but, to my dismay, still faced the same problems listed above. I went as far as to clear my MAC address on my xbox and tried both a soft and hard reset, but nothing seemed to fix it. I am frustrated because the game had been working properly, other than shot registration. Now that the shot regs are fixed, the server can’t run smoothly. I enjoy playing the game, but won’t continue with such inconveniences. I would love to see this issues fixed as I do not want to play a game and potentially spend money elsewhere.

I know you guys try to help. But are we ever going to get stable servers? Serious question. I have gone through every trouble shooting guide since season 0. I took a couple weeks off from end of season 4 and just came back, Code:net disconnect first game second game was so laggy I couldn’t even loot. I was shot while waiting for a loot bin to open.
To answer your questions: PS4 pro. Hardwired. All ports forwarded and triggered per all of the documentation out there. Etc etc etc. This has been/ is an ongoing issue. Some newer players may cut respawn some slack, but between the lag and hit reg along with the “new” squelching feedback sound in my headset I have passed on playing Apex for season 5. (Just picked up an Arctis pro for playing apex, I thought it was my headset until I looked it up. Apparently audio problems are going to be a thing for awhile too.)
I hope you guys take a hard look at your potential for this game and truly fix it. My faith in that happening is gone. On a side note there are 4 servers in Iowa somewhere I live 60 miles north of Iowa and the best ping I can get is 46 from St. Louis. My geography isn’t the best, but even if the Iowa servers were in the far south of the state they would be closer to me than St. Louis.
I do hope respawn fixes this mess of a game, maybe I will try again in season 6.
