Dear people over at EA/Respawn Entertainment,
we are the one which keeps this game running - your customers, which you want to spend money on your game.
You've made a good start with good game mechanics, but now the honeymoon is over, and to me it looks like you are knee deep in failing to use that big momentum that you've generated in your favor.
This game has many pressing issues - please just take a look at the forums, its full of them, like e.g. missing solo/duo queues, bad netcode, quitters, bad report system, worthless battle pass, too long progression in the battle pass amongst many others.
So far you've been quiet on any of these topics here; which is bad.
We're your customers - if you want us to stay your customers, then we at least deserve and expect finally some answers from you!
So, c'mon guys - finally start talking to us here, otherwise you'll be on the loosing track sooner than you might think!
Over and out.

I agree it would be nice to see more interaction from someone from EA/Respawn on a lot of the topics. I imagine they don't have enough time to do every topic. It would at least be nice to see them say something in the forms about things we've said we know need fixes though.

"Not enough time" is not an acceptable response for a company as big as EA. They have the money to pay for a PR rep AT LEAST to forward thoughts and answers. It's ridiculous to just leave everyone in the dark save for Tuesdays sometimes.

It's a big game by a big publisher, so of course somebody relaying messages is entirely possible.
The only reaction on many topics so far I've seen is in the Origin client this "Philosophy of the battle pass" post, where they describe that they first wanted to provide "basic value", that's why there are mostly uninteresting banners and such, and also giving back value in that type when you've leveled up to 100, that you earned 950 Apex coins by doing so, which is a at least the amount of money you needed to purchase it.
But no word in it about the real slow progression, lack of creativity, nothing - so kinde a lukewarm response. And to all other issues there only remains up till now utter silence.

So the dev team communicates now... somewhat - via Youtube.Which is a start, but not satisfying.

Why the heck is this on the Wired channel? And why is it nowhere linked here in the NEWS section?!?

This response is not an acceptable form of communication.
