So, i think it is normal to have at lease one hacker during a match.
Im not sure in NA servers, coz im currently in AU servers or Asian servers.
Chinese people selling hacks by boardcasting in asian servers (if you solo match) is very usual.
My point is: i had spent more than 500 dollars in Hackers Legends,
and the game is unpalyable for now.
Is that possiable to get those 500 dollars refunds?

The amount of hackers being reported is highly overblown IMO I can count the number of times I thought I might have encountered a hacker on 1 hand. Sometimes people just out play you.
I for one believe that there really are that many cheaters and I have video evidence to back my claims. Aimhack is one of the hardest to tell (watch Shroud, Dizzy, Skedewdle, etc. to see highly skilled players who are NOT cheating); their aim is impeccable. But when the cheaters (not the aforementioned trio) are tracking through walls, doors, and barriers, and STILL trying to shoot through the terrain, I'd say that they are hacking.
Anyway, my point is, I run into a hacker (sometimes 3) almost every game, so I do believe that there are ridiculous amounts of cheaters at the moment. Some are obvious, such as speedhacking, others are a little harder to catch. Some actions that indicate cheating include staring at walls or randomly scoping at terrain, or crosshairs slowly but steadily moving through terrain, or constantly looking at the wall to the side while running, or taking an odd round-about path. When I notice these odd behaviors that non-cheating players would not do, and then see that they have perfect aim, its very likely that they are cheating.
Respawn recently said that they banned 355,000 accounts already. I honestly would not be surprised if over 340,000 of them were from China. I play from Hong Kong, so I see cheaters nearly every game. Other regions probably have far fewer cheaters. It is most likely the result of the intense amount of competition in China simply due to its population and the fact that they are socially taught that anything to get the edge is allowed, including cheating.
As for refunds, I don't think you guys should get that money back. First off, you guys bought skins to play with, and I am sure you did play with some of the skins that you bought. In essence, you're returning a used product. Any store would tell you no refunds for used products.
Second point, you spent real money to buy a virtual product; which means that you don't NEED the money. The money you spent was EXCESS (well, hopefully it is). You already got the enjoyment of opening packs, receiving new skins, and using them (even if it was just once).
Lets say I bought Starcraft back in the day. You think Blizzard would refund me the cost once I stopped playing it?
Refunds are for if you got hacked, or SOMEHOW, you purchased them without meaning to, etc.
Last point, the game isn't fun to you right now because of CHEATERS, not Respawn. So why should they refund you for something that they AREN'T the cause of? Its like saying, I don't like World of Warcraft, so I want a refund from Riot instead. Makes no sense.
You want your moneys worth? Why don't you brainstorm some ideas for Respawn to reduce the number of cheaters.

Would it be too much to ask to wait for the next big update? They hired more on the anti hacking team and promised to address it a few days ago. Yes wish they weren't so slow about it, but im sure they got people working on it normal work shifts every day and not just sitting there.
Hopefully the battle pass can include prime match making so people who pay have better chance of no hackers.

Do you really think any of us will buy the battle pass who are plagued by HACKERS?
Mind your own business.
I dont suck up to them ive been critical of them plenty but when the games been out less then 5 weeks and people already rqing thats you being children lol. The game has been out 4 weeks if thats enough time for you to spend money on it and regret it then that says about you sucking at life more then me sucking them off. The forums are my business these are public forums you are legit dumb asf
ps I complained about hackers as much or more then anyone and actually given methods to help deal with it a dozen times in the past week you fail again

This game really is turning to trash. Just got killed by a hacker...again. Auto locking onto heads. Between forced teamplay with awful players that dont want to work as a team, the poor server performance, and constant hacking this game is unplayable. I love the gameplay but legit am done with this game until next patch. They better fix this cause I won't spend a single cent until it is and I'm sure a lot of people are just beyond frustrated and quitting. I don't even remember PUBG having this many hackers, wtf is going on!!!!
Bro did you really spend $500 on this game? Man i feel bad for you. I haven't spent a penny and won't until they prove they will actually support this game.
PS. I've reported 3 or 4 cheaters and have't gotten any response from Support through email. I'm done reporting/playing because even if they get banned you made this game free to play so they just make a new account. Whats the point...
