Please take out the end game bonus, ranked mode is now a camper mode, no one fighting, everyone hiding. Its absolutely boring and is not reflecting a truly rank mode, just a good camper mode. Should be called Camper mode coz you will see ppl with 100kills on gold just because they are good on hide and seek. Also, ranked mode is full of hackers and cheaters on european servers. I quit playing ranked mode just because is more boring than fortnite, no point A rank mode based on kills and dmg only will be perfect and it will reflect your skill

10+ kills should get 2 bonus RP
A bonus for 2000+ damage 2 RP

But can someone explain to me why this was not done in the first place? cant a company like Respawn figure this out before launching a season 2?????
Or did they trust a group of intellectually disabled to create the ranked mode.

You really failed with rank system. What was your PoV about gameplay on raking devs ?
Why doing kills is not more reward? Doing more than 5 kills in rank above gold is hard and you got nothing to do that
Why doing a lot of damage is not reward? You can do 1.5k damage with no kills, finish top 15 and lost points ... WTF ?
Everyone is camping, hidding, avoiding fight cause well ... kills and damage are not reward instead of getting top 3 ....
I dont want to play a game like that to loot and hide to wait last ring and fight 6 teams to have a random battle issue cause everybody is shooting everybody.
[!] Suggestions to reward skill player instead of camping :
> No limitation kill's reward
> 2 points / kill above 3 kills
> 1 point / 500 dmg
> Extra bonus AP when you reach top 3 with at list 8 kills
I think this little change gonna be change meta and more rewarded to be skilled.

Removing entry fees would literally fix all of this. Well there might still be campers but people would be more inclined to fight since you would have nothing to lose.

This might sound funny but landing /staying with your team and not hide and seeking should grant 1 point lol
And maybe just scale up every tier by some amount of points.
And oh please get rid of entry fees all together, they make ranked mode a complete nightmare.
Just make no cap on total RP you can get per season and give rewards to the top 100 or something and the end. The entry fees are lame and causing more campers.

Lol? I don't think you understand how ranked modes work. Without a way to lose RP, it wouldn't be a rank system at all. It would be a simple level up system, where you can grind your way to the next level. Noone wants that.
Edit: Also, it wouldn't even fix the camping thing. People aren't camping because they're afraid of losing points, they're camping because it maximizes their progress. Unless you're a top tier player, it simply gives you the most RP. That's what the devs need to change. Camping being present in a BR game is only normal and perfectly fine, the problem is that right now it's the best way to gain rank.

Yeah, I really am hating this ranking system. It's creating scenarios where teammates will leave you behind if it's too risky so they don't miss out on the RP from a top finish. I can rank all the way up to platinum by just hiding the whole game. Complete garbage. RP needs to be awarded for knockdowns, kills, revives, retrieving banners and respawning your teammates. This would encourage more team play. Instead you have campers and/or teammates getting abandoned.

I think part of the reason kills are capped is to try and mitigate the teams who can land somewhere like skull every game, consistently get between 5-10 kills but never win a game because they have no situational awareness outside of the ability to charge fights and aim well.
Those players would be fodder against the best players eventually and just compromise the quality of the top tiers of ranked.
I don't know that capping kills has done that, however. Once the above example situation has happened, a team is usually in the top 10 anyway so they're getting enough RP to progress to at least Platinum.
It might be good if they took the cap off of kills progressively the higher the brackets went, but made the kills worth proportionally less RP the further away you are from being the top team.
So in Diamond the formula might be: No kill cap, but your RP from kills is - 1 RP per kill, divided by the number of squads left when you were killed. So you would get 1 RP if you killed 10 players but were eliminated when there were 10 squads left.
This makes kills worth more if you play well through the game as a whole, but worth less if you're just rushing to kill farm and get into the next game ASAP.

They need to add RP for damage dealt and for revives and respawns. I seriously don’t understand why they don’t give you RP for reviving downed squad mates or respawnibg them... they obviously enjoy the toxic atmosphere that individual objectives create in a squad/teamwork-based game...
