Ranked matches enter cost

Ranked matches enter costs should be adjusted not only to leagues (Bronze, Gold etc.) but also to tiers (Bronze IV, Bronze II etc.). Right now every IV tier is elo hell - there is a lot of people who are better then lower I tier and worse then IV tier of next level. I saw a lot of people struggling to rank up from elo hells who was doing great at higher tiers. Every tier should be adjusted - it would make people spread more naturally between tiers.

Enter tier cost proporsal:

Silver IV - 3 RP

Silver III - 6 RP

Silver II - 9 RP

Silver I - 12 RP

Gold IV - 15 RP

Gold III - 18 RP

Gold II - 21 RP

Gold I - 24 RP

Platinum IV - 27 RP

Platinum III - 30 RP

Platinum II - 33 RP

Platinum I - 36 RP

Diamond IV - 39 RP

Diamond III - 42 RP

Diamond II - 45 RP

Diamond I - 48 RP

Apex Predator IV - 51 RP

Apex Predator III - 54 RP

Apex Predator II - 57 RP

Apex Predator I - 60 RP

Why bother?

Look at the game, one big pile of agony. Get to play with silver and bronze match after match IF am lucky i get a gold IV player and they call it ranked. Just as a normal game but you have a tag to show.

Cant see any statement from them either explaining why it is like it is, people playing ranked now waste there RL time to play and in return they expected to buy cosmetic BS.

@Nimzowich I do not have problems with ranked - I allways get players with simillar rank to my level (PS4, EU here)

I do not care about skins/rewards - I play ranked so I can play with simillar skilled oponents, team-mates that care and do not leave, enemies that I can learn from, so I can get satisfaction from winning a team fights. Everyone can play random game and kill noobs, abandoned players and beginners. It is just boring for me.

I just realized that falling down from rank to rank is impossible. Thats why there is so many players in all ranked tier IV that underperform. This 'feature' (or should I call impediment) should be removed. Players who got to higher tier dragged by fiends or got a big break should be able to fall dawn in rank so they match theri current skill.

Enter cost mechanic proposed here is one of solution for that.
