This seasons battle pass challenges are far more annoying than they need to be especially for this battle pass. really teleport 15 members as wraith. Sounds easy except it takes multiple games and if you don't like the charcater you're stuck on her all damn day trying to finish the stupid challenge. Revive 20 teammates, if you teammate gets downed sorry to say with how this game works they're probably getting thirsted and if its a drop ship revive good luck. Last week the stupid gibralter ult one sucked too, you're just forcing people to play characters they don't want to. Some of the challenges just almost enourage throwing the games to get them finished. Stick to getting kills with weapons or doing damage with a certain type, and if you're going to make it so we have to play some legends stick to the set of 4 cause at least then we have some choice. I'm done playing for the day that * way too infuriating for what is arguably the worst battle pass so far.

They've always had those challenges up. It's to keep people playing by creating an invisible wall for you to mount over to complete. The weeklies are supposed to take a while anyway.
However, I do agree. Ever since the first season BP, they've kept in really clunky and obtuse challenges that don't really foster cooperative play. When you have those objectives, there's no real incentive to sticking around if you don't get the character you need. Especially if you've already completed the rest of the weeklies. I usually stop playing after I've completed 5 levels the first day, 3 the second, 1 on the third, and 1 more over the rest of the week through dailies only.
When they removed the "In X Location get Y knockdowns" challenge, it was a god send. That was the main reason I didn't get the Season 4 Pass done. Now if they could only streamline the rest of the challenges to encourage people to stay on a per-game basis, while also still keeping it "difficult" enough to count as a weekly.

The problem isn’t that your team got boxed so you can’t get them.
If you aren’t getting revives it’s because your abandoning your team and not fighting to win with them. If you did, you would win some of those scraps and then be clear to bring back the dead.
It sounds like I’m being critical I know but that’s actually how you win in Kings Canyon, abandon your team. But you should be able to get revives on Worlds Edge which is far more strategic.

Here was the problem with "Get X Knockdowns in Y Location", it relied too heavily on RNG (in this case, factors outside of your control).
You needed:
A. To be in a good spot to drop into Y location.
B. For the ring to close around Y location to get knockdowns.
C. For enemies to drop to Y location.
D. For enemies to rotate into Y location.
E. For Y location to be a good spot to drop compared to nearby locations.
5 factors beyond your control, all of which will inhibit your progress GREATLY (oh yes devs, I totally wanted to spent 23 games trying to get knockdowns in Drill Site only to have 3 more of the same objective to complete) and worst of all required you to do the same objective over and over again on a per weekly basis.
Now with the new "Respawn teammates X times", we're stuck with:
A. Having respawn beacons still available.
B. Said beacons are in good positions inside / near the ring.
C. Having time to get your friendlies banners.
D. Not dying while getting said banners / respawning your teammate.
E. HAVING TEAMMATES TO RESPAWN. (AKA Leavers / Rage Quitters / Banners timing out / etc. etc.)
So it's still a really clunky and obtuse objective, that as you said, prioritizes the goal rather than playing the game. The difference between an objective like that vs. getting 20 knocks with a sniper rifle, is that the only RNG needed to accomplish the objective is finding the sniper rifle.
