There are a lot of random players that deliberately push solo and go off far away from the team suddenly, so we can reach and revive and they insta-quit when downed ruining the trio team instead of going no-fill. So they play the team in a dire state on purpose. Its always solo-push suddenly, then insta-quit.
Anyone here that does this and tell me why?

Yeah, these people kinda boggle my mind. Maybe they don't want to wait the extra minute for the queue. I've also heard a few people express opinions like, "I land solo, and then if my team is good enough to survive, I can meet them later." As you have noticed, many of them would seem to have overestimated their abilities.

I am gonna play the devils advocate here just to give nuance to the discussion: First of all; there are ofc some players who just dont care and just run totally solo. I am not talking about them here.
But to my main point. I think this topic, and all other "my random teammates are in some way bad/making bad decisions" threads on this forum, are very biased and rarely consider all sides of the story. Many of these solo incidents happens due to the fact that you are randoms with bad communication, no pre-assigned shot-caller and no understanding of each others playing style.
Let me take an example (see the attached image). My team landed alone in containment. I was done with the looting/crafting earlier than my two randoms (who I found out later to be a premade ofc) so I ran south towards the number 1 on the map. I opened the cargo hold and pinged a lvl4 mag that one of them wanted and they ran after me to pick it up. Meanwhile I ran (with caution) to the building on the hill (the blue arrow). But they started to run towards Capacitor instead (probably because they didnt want to run in my trail, only getting second hand loot which is TOTALLY understandable). After I looted the hill, I used the jump tower and tried to catch up but was still far behind. They ran into the tunnel to Labs and both died when I was still 15 seconds behind and both started to scream at me in coms like "fkn noob, why do you run solo?".
So in this situation, I ran a bit solo in the beginning, then they ran away from me, i.e they ran solo (as a premade duo), I tried to follow, they didnt care about my position and died and then got angry because they thought that I was a solo idiot, i.e the very same type that you are complaining about in your post... So who was right and who was wrong? I say no one, or both. This is a typical example of natural bad teamplay that comes from being randoms.
So to summarize; the ONLY viable solution to things like this IS TO PLAY WITH PREMADES, or just accept the pros and c0ns playing with randoms.

@Balladalidila
I am talking about players who queue with team fill selected and then proceed to launch solo immediately from the ship to a completely different location than the rest of their team. I thought this distinction was pretty obvious, but I guess not.
I noticed a lot of solo droppers when I made a smurf account to play with a brand new player. Several of our random thirds pulled this stunt, idiots on their umpteenth smurf account trying to get a 20 bomb. They inevitably were dead within one minute of landing.

" I thought this distinction was pretty obvious, but I guess not."
Yeah, thats why I wrote the first paragraph of my post... Luckily, I dont see many of them anymore.
I admit I jump solo sometimes if I am in a bad mood after being teamed with people who cant do 100 dmg in a fight for 5 games in a row. If the jump master then in the sixth game waits to the very end of the drop ship path and drops towards a mid tier loot or worse, a no-name area, when we obviously are the only team on that half of the map, then I just dont think its worth my time.
