I haven't bought anything yet, waiting for next pay check, haha....
At any rate, price doesn't seem quite right, BabyFace nailed it...

The gist of it is that there are no micro transaction available.. only MACRO transactions...

Agreed.
I'm ignoring items in the store, because they are stupidly priced.
I'm pretty confident they would sell 10-50x as many items in the store at 1/4 to 1/3 the price. Which for the math-challenged out there would be 3-20x as much revenue off those items. It's frankly just dumb.
I think they'll figure this out eventually.

I was thinking of buying some of the cosmetics to support Respawn and the game, but at the moment i'm also ignoring the store front, partly because the items are trash and partly because..... EA
Look no further at EA predatory practices by pricing 1st tier purchasable items at 1100 coins when the coins come in packs of 1000.
EDIT: I watched the posted video after my comment and realised he's said the exact same thing, lol

I'll copy-paste my opinion on the matter (which is also the one of pretty much all my friends playing Apex):
A proper MTX system would be:
1)Loot boxes are gained at every lvl up (right now it's only once every two lvls past lvl 25 or so if I'm not mistaken). Once you reach 100 and you lvl to 101, you get a loot box + you are brought back down to 100 so you can relvl back up again.
2)Skins can be purchased directly with Apex Coins without having to find it in a loot box. Skins on "featured" page are on now put on "sale" at a reduced AC price.
3)The "featured" store page also sells some lower tier cosmetics (common and rare but not epic nor legendary) skins in exchange for Legend Tokens without having to use AC prior (unlike currently). As of right now, unless you buy the skins on the left with AC, you cannot buy the skins on the right with LT. So we're just piling up LT with no use once we got all legends.
That would be an incredibly more "respectable" microtransaction system. As of right now, I know a LOT if not all my friends and I will never spend a single dime in the game because of how predatory it is and when we do spend money, unless we buy stuff at ridiculous prices (c'mon, 1100 AC or 11$ USD minimum for legendary skins, and you can't even get 2 by getting the 2150 AC pack... really?) on the featured page, we are most likely to get jack squat of what we actually want via the loot boxes.
