Not too sure on the first couple of points. As much as I can appreciate the thought behind it a lot of the fun of Apex is the loot hunting aspect of it. It can be frustrating when you drop and get really horrid luck on the loot and it is also annoying when you're instantly screwed on respawn. The first two points I think would be a good implimentation for respawning only but not for first drop.
I do agree with the third point. People these days have been using Pathfinder to abuse the timer, waiyting until the last couple of seconds, dropping off the edge and then grappling back up to rest the timer, allowing them to stay out of bounds for quite a long time. If it did damage rather than start a 30 second timer it would solve it but on the other hand there have been instances where I am on the supply * and that supply ship flies over an out of bounds area which is an instance where you shouldn't take damage.
As for the fourht point, with the wingman especially they do need to nerf the strafe speed.
I do think distant gunfire should be a little less loud than it currently is so I agree with you on that point too.

This was kindof the problem i was trying to fix with the first two ideas. I still think that looting would be fun, even with those two additions. The loot hunting fun wouldn't be diminished much at all, because you of course still want to find better weapons than the p2020 and higher level armor. I think its a worthwhile tradeoff, even at the beginning of the game.
Why do you prefer to have it on respawn, but not on first drop?
