I get it. Each character adds unique value to a team composition and under the right conditions team play is the better / more fun option. When I play with friends, it is by far the better experience. But, a majority of the time due to different schedules we don't play together all that often. "Well, make new friends during games!" I socialize a lot at work and on the weekends. PC gaming has always been a leisurely / fun escape, as I'm sure it is with a lot of gamers. I assume this because I've logged hundreds of hours in Apex and cant remember getting a single chatter box teammate.
Team play is monopolized by players who know each other and play together. Everyone doing random match ups are inherently at a disadvantage. I don't have your data, but I'm sure the majority of top 3 / apex champions in games are in a party together.
Take into consideration that solos will help all players grow faster to make team play better. At least give players the option to get really good in solos in order to have a better chance against teams playing together in a party.
I don't rage at teammates, definitely not my style. I actually always try to establish coms and call out during fights. I actually get frustrated with myself that I'm not better to have clutch plays and keep the team alive. On the flip side, I get frustrated when I get really good teammates and I am not pulling my weight. SO, let me get better in solos. LET ME GRIND. LET US CONTROL OUR GROWTH. I just want the option to que up > die (or win) and then rinse and repeat.
Looking at different forums, I am definitely not the only one that feels this way. I am genuinely confused why the Apex team doesn't see value in solos for the above reasons.
Thanks.
