@SDS_JuggernautTVYou're getting things wrong, M/K DOESN'T HAVE Aim assist at all, CONTROLLERS on PC have aim assist of 40%, CONTROLLERS on CONSOLE have 60%.
Controllers on console are having an advantage of 60% over M/K, that's why i thing people is complaining.
THIS IS Aim Assist

@BalladalidilaPC Ranks over diamond are dominated by controller players since season 5, that's how OP it is, at master/pred lobbies 70-80% are controller players at least NA Servers, you cant talk about PC If you haven't being there.
This is Aim Assist.

"PC Ranks over diamond are dominated by controller players since season 5........at master/pred lobbies 70-80% are controller players at least NA Servers"
May I ask where you got these numbers from? I dont deny that AA is very strong in the hands of a skilled controller player, particularly in fast close quarter fights with high DPS guns, where you jump around and toggle between hip and ads all the time. Based on how AA works, i.e, automatically pulling/gravitating your aim towards an enemy in front of you, you would probably land alot of high dmg burst with high dps automatic guns just by shooting "towards" the enemy, when you on M+K would have missed,
But unless you can prove me wrong with some evidence of this "70-80% controller domination at high elo PC", then I seriously doubt that AA would make up for the lack of mid-to-long range precision and movement a skilled M+K player have.

I don’t really understand this whole AA is overpowered or underpowered. I think it’s in the perfect position. Obviously (no offence) pc players are going to be better because the have more freedom with shooting. Whilst controller has AA to counter this. So if your playing pc you have to train much more in order to get better than AA. I think that’s what makes pc players mad about AA. Controller players don’t have to practice much whilst pc players and to practice so much more. But what you tend to forget is the benefits of practicing. You get better at other things. So I think AA is fine and in a good place. PC players might have to practice more, but will most likely be better in the end.

If you're so much better than all pc users then you don't need aim assist, right? So what's the big deal?

@Jekth_Avidin my personal opinion, AA is fine on Pubs, but not for ranked and tourneys, those modes are for rewarding players for being good and should be all about Raw skills, why AA is allowed on that particular modes?, in any other sport on the world any kind of assistance in competitive scene is forbidden and punished.
Most games that claims to be competitive don't have that kind of crap. That's why games like Valorant don't even allow controllers.
Like one of the Apex Pros said: if you want to join a Marathon using Crocs, why you should have assistance that no one have just for putting yourself in disadvantage?
I use to play on controller since i was a kid and controller players did it fine on games like pubg and R6 without AA, should be fine in a game like Apex at least on ranked and tourneys ON PC, and if console players want to play crossplay AA should be disabled it by the game, that will encourage people to actually train harder and get good without any assistance.

Still waiting for any kind of evidence that "70-80% of all masters and predators on PC are using controllers" haha.
Also; I have also seen those 0.4 and 0.6 settings in the code for pc and console respectively. But neither you or me know how those numbers should be interpreted. You draw the conclusion that its 40 and 60%, but of what? Is 1.00 a sight that is continuously locks on any targets in front of you? We dont know that, do we? We dont even know what scale it it. Is it even linear?
Seems to me that you just spread alot of rumors and false information about the AA issue, some based on your "gut feelings" and some based on your misconception of how the code should be interpreted.
