Loss forgiveness is not working in ranked mode in ps4 . kindly fix this issue

I don't even know if possible, but it would nice if there was some way to implement no ranked point penalty for involuntary disconnects. I've lost 6 points already today due to disconnects. 

One of the games I had 6 kills and was in top 5 situation. So incredibly frustrating.

What happens when the bug occurs? When I receive loss forgiveness (RP 0) but have earned more points than the cost i.e. getting 3 kills in gold before dying and the RP screen set my earned RP to 0
What should be happening instead? Should earn RP instead of dropping to 0
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Lose a squadmate, get more kills then the cost of entry then die...

There are also instances of the same situation but without the RP earned screen even popping up

What happens when the bug occurs? The game crashed. When the game crashed and I reloaded the game, I pressed the view button to see the RP adjustment for my last game, and it said I placed #0/20, and had 2 RP removed from my account.
What should be happening instead? I should not have lost RP due to a bug in the game.

It's been a month.

2 times today squadmate leaves. We are playing Duo at a disadvantage and still lost points.

When is the next patch coming? omg
