For some reasons, it never seems to bother the legends that duplicates of themselves roam the map.
What if they just never really addressed this issue, even when teammates are pointing out the obvious?
For instance, let's say there's an enemy caustic who has layed down traps, and I activate them. My character would then say something along the lines to the caustic in my team "Damn it doc, turn these off" to which he could reply "Ssh, you're ruining the moment". That is clearly an enemy trap, yet the caustic in my team would behave as if it was one of his own (in a way).
Another example would be coming up to an enemy's black market with a loba in our team, pinging it would prompt "Had some fun shopping when we weren't looking?" to which she could reply "I can't remember every place I've stolen from" (and bonus point for Revenant adding "And I can't remember everyone I've killed. Except your parents apparently").
With Bangalore's ult, a character in our team would start complaining about it firing down on us, and Bangalore would just be the weapons enthousiast she always is by saying how she appreciates the firepower or smth.
There's a lot of room for imaginations and could be gradually be added to the game. Just something to make the legends more lifelike, and to minimize the fact that duplicates of themselves roam the map.
