Seems like I was on to something... felt like many times in a fight things would turn uncontrollable.
Here is the twitter video of this guy forced to reload his nemesis multiple times in the heat of a fight

Honestly, I can't even be mad at something like this.
Pretty interesting how they've made this work, I'd commend them for their work.
Though on the other side, it sucks a lot that this is even possible to begin with.
Definitely interesting though.

@Palette24caratsI never had this issue, however I have been having the issue where I'm either forced to use a healing item, (typically a syringe), or I'm forced to use my tactical or ultimate abilities. (Its usually the healing that is forced to activate).
At first, I thought I was accidentally hitting buttons, (which I do sometimes), but in one of my fights I was backing out of a fight when suddenly a syringe was activated instead. It stopped me from backing out of the fight, as it slowed me down just to heal. When I canceled it, it reactivated itself and kept fighting me each time I stopped it, (I ended up dying the 3rd time I stopped it). I thought it was just my keyboard's time to get replaced, but it didn't do it again the next several games afterwards.
I posted about the issues I've had with Apex here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Random-Issues-Only-With-Apex/m-p/12143038/highlight/true#...
The part where I've said "keys randomly stop working or alternates between working and not working", this appears to be my keyboard itself. Its the w, a, s, or d keys that decide they don't wanna work, and as we all know, those are the most popular keys to be pressing in almost any game. In Apex, it happens around 30-40% of the time, and started happening in Genshin Impact (rarely / 5% of the time), and Minecraft (slightly more often / 8-10% of the time). I'll be updating that post as well.
