Need a report feature on PS4 [ Edited ]

Last night while playing with friends in regular public lobbies. Me and my friends made it to the top 3 only to find that the last two teams we're teaming. This isn't the first time this has happened to me and my friends. In another instance I was playing a ranked Lobby only to find two teams working together. I was shocked watching them all standing around each other while they looted the boxes tea bagging away as I spectate. To add more insult to injury, it seemed out of the six players involved at least three of them had TTV in their name. The idea that someone would blatantly cheat while recording or live streaming without any fear of consequence really sends bad message about your game. There is no consequence for cheating on console because there's no easy feature to report cheaters on console.

@The_RickestC-132 If everyone drops their weapons to have a punching fight its not teamming just a fun way to box it out, but if they are teaming as you claim report them
