Apex (unfortunately) has the WORST microtransaction system in place I have ever seen. For better or worse, I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on games like Overwatch, League of Legends, Hearthstone, etc. And Apex has taken the cake on providing the least amount of rewards for money spent. I decided to spend $60 on Apex Coins since I was having so much fun with the game. I got one low tier skin for my main, and a bunch of things for characters I don't play. I understand the nature of RNG loot boxes, but I'm sure it wouldn't take much for EA to favor swag for characters you play. Especially when box after box i am getting Caustic cosmetics, a character I don't even own. However the worst part is after spending $60 in hopes of decking out my character, is I end up with a whopping 750 crafting material. It's a real problem when everything in the game worth crafting costs 1200. So after spending $60, I get nothing for my characters I like playing, and can't even craft a single skin. So now instead of potentially spending hard-earned money on this game that I enjoy, EA will get nothing but a mildly frustrated rant.

I tend to agree. The microtransactions in the case of EA aren't "micro" at all. In the case of Apex, they give a lot of freebies, indeed, but aren't so kind to the people who actually pay. Overall, in many cases paying customers feel robbed when they forced to gamble instead of directly buying the needed kits and cosmetics.

The funniest thing on the Battle Pass is
The more XP you Earn the Faster you Level...
literally the most obvious statement to make without a Battle Pass as well
