I was waiting for that season to see if any thing will be done but it is again the same as always.
till season release i had some hope and still want play a little but now is like i dont care i played one release day for 1-2 h and i didn't enjoyed.. sad.
In these 1-2 h i seen so many cheaters that i was shocked. Usually after map changes people are confused and dont have game sense but not these time.. its no hiding from cheaters no surprise they know any thing about u. and u get lasered in sec.

hey man i love your game how it was i dunno if u get this a lot but please change it back it was fine the crafting idea is good but evo shields and r99 red weapon and more damage u are breaking the game also for the players with a less powerful pc its unplayable its running with 10fps with the graphics on low

Armor Changes = Horrible
Holo Addon = Waisted dev time that could been devoted to real issues of the game
New Energy Weapon = Dumb down someone in .5 easily
In the time spent doing all the above would been enough time to just create a new map and easily use models from other maps to fill spaces verse designing what i know was quite hard things that was added.
All in all a lot player concerns was not addressed. Bloodhounds in ult can at times run up to people to their face dead silent to the user. Still horrible movement sounds of team making it seem like enemies are around.
3rd Party recoil users was not addressed (Never expected it to be) this has been a major concern for a majority of your players and never spoken on or inforced on.
Cheaters are still out here plowing lobbies like a god.
Server shut down errors Netcode errors and more. There was no major influx of players compared to what normally is logged in.
The testers are not reporting a margine of the bugs out there. I am not sure what some of them do but a lot these bugs are easily found and seen.
The game would launch with cleaner systems if testers truly put in hours on it testing it. Not spend 30 minutes or an hour on it but spend actual days on it to ensure its a clean launch. Have them hit the firing range and parse out damage and amount of time damage can accure. Have them see how quick things can die with what weapons and how fast. There are many things that can be tested and prevented if the tester legit does what they are there to do.
Getting to the new gun this thing is insane the damage is does the fire rate it has it can literally down someone with in .5 to 1 second of head shots ive done it a lot now. Even on chest shots that person will be melted. Guns like this are what takes away balancing in the game. All you did was create the R99 in a energy weapon with less recoil. It also has way to fast reload time.
You brought back Devo ( I have no problem with ) but you reduce recoils on havoc - hemlok - prowler this made the guns usable by anyone which is cool but at same time barely nudging your mouse is 100% control. This also creates a un balanced system where skill is no longer needed while those of us hardcore players had to learn recoil patterns to use such guns with such accuracy. Now you have turned the game to easy mode for anyone. No one can learn if they are easily able to slaughter. Myself included im not trying to slaughter a map with broken guns with no recoil. It is too easy and there is no skill involved other then point and shoot.
Ramp legend the big cannon on her does not look great from a team mate seeing it imo. I get why its there just ugly to me. You also virtually made it impossible to advance on a ring or team with this legend on high ground. Unlimited bullets x3 = no one stands a chance. Again breaking the balancing of the game and abilities to counter. There is nothing to counter this chick other then a caustic gas really. I am sure there are more but way my head see it very hard to advance on her at all if she is set up on that turrent. The damage is does is also stupid. 1 full mag does roughly 800-990 damage. I was shot by this thing 2 times different matches and 1 bullet was instant death. Made the game not fun for me.
Ranked is still the same crap show we seen before just with star wars lazer central going on. still same toxic cheaters and recoil macro users.
I did not like this update needless to say never addressed real problems instead added more.

Alternator not having a reticle when ADS? Am i the only one with this bug? Also random crashing, hemlock needed nerf not buff. Sheila is to powerful. Volt is to powerful,

If respawn wants to save Apex from complete death, she must take this new patch and permanently delete it.
All weapons are equally useful now, because what matters now is being the first to start shooting. Most of weapons are too easy to use: Havoc, Volt, R-301, Devotion, Spitfire, and this also contributes to decrease the TTK. The Devotion had to remain in the care package, it is a gun that ruin the game. The new armors are ridiculous. The mix of gun and armor changes, made the TTK completely horrible. Now you can't react or reposition yourself in the fight (a feature that has made fans addicted to this game). This things made this game more a "shoot first and win" and less a "use your skill and your brain and win the game".

So here’s the thing.. I’ve read through almost all of the feedback for this season and I just wanted to give my two cents and pray that devs see it so it will help them understand why this update has been so controversial. I literally only made an ea profile just for this.
Ive played since late season 3 so I don’t have disruptor hop up flashbacks or knowledge about season 0-3. Although I am a D3 ranked player so I believe I have fairly good game knowledge. So onto the feedback:
BUFFS AND NERFS
Weapon metas changing is normal, I see the value in changing it often so as to protect the game from feeling stale. Everybody has always complained about energy weapons. (Same with r9/pk meta) Changing the meta is the devs prerogative and will always see pushback from one side or the other. The current meta of energy weapons will be no different and my personal opinion is that they buffed it a little too much.
Volt: shreds but not anymore than an r9 in capable hands. Could use a slight damage nerf if anything
havoc: same recoil pattern as devo. Anyone who can use the devo accurately can use the havoc. It’s been nerfed a couple times for a reason. Should probably vault the turbocharger again...
Devotion: everybody knows it’s OP. Including devs. (Hence it becoming a care package weapon in the first place). I think a decrease in all mag sizes could help balance it.
LEGENDS:
once again it will be similar to weapon meta changes, some people will love it while some people will hate it. The community will adapt either way but will also complain and praise the whole time. As for this seasons legend buffs and nerfs I don’t have much to say because it’s all adaptable. (Except maybe crypto emp slowing teammates lol)
Rampart: a little OP with the amount of times you can use her abilities. Changing it to two amped covers deployable with a maximum of three present I think would fix that as well as make her more of an aggressive legend.
Sheila: if care package weapons have a limited amount of ammo why wouldn’t a turret that can do more damage in one magazine than any full squad with full health has? Definitely limit the amount of ammo. Should also only be able to have one present at any time.
MAP CHANGE AND CRAFTING:
All great. Crafting just feels like an added bonus. Nothing too game changing.
TTK:
This is game changing. Quite literally and not in a good way in my opinion. The vast majority of the negativity about this season stems from this. this change makes it feel like a completely different game than the one we were playing a week ago. The reason I chose to play Apex rather than other BRs was because of the seamless mixture of gunplay and positioning strategy. It wasn’t set in stone which would prevail in every scenario. I could have better positioning and my opponent better gun skills and sometimes I would win and sometimes they would. It gave variety and unpredictability that we fell in love with. There’s been so much debate about whether or not the new ttk requires more or less skill but what these debates fail to realize is that both are true. We’re just talking about different skills. Gunplay vs positioning. Before this update it was a toss of a coin which one would win (in other words: balanced) and it’s fairly clear what one is going to win now considering they even included it into the patch notes. If they just didn’t want 225HP Gibby+arm shield bubble fights then use the model of the limited time game modes (always be closing evolved etc) No ground armor. More heals. The only way to get better armor is to deal damage, kill opposing teams and loot theirs or come across death boxes. Even keep the crafted damage to promote crafting. The evolution looking like:
white - 25 shield
blue - 50
purple - 75
gold - 100
red - 100 + healing perks (like the current gold)
if you’ve read this far thank you and feel free to respond. The last thing I’ll say is if they decide to keep the ttk as is I hope they implement solos like the other BRs that have short ttk. In my opinion the long ttk is what made this such a good team based game. If I’m going to be beamed in the back by a devo in .5 secs I want it to be my fault not because my teammate didn’t win their 1v1.
