I play among hackers. In literally every game there are players who do not even try to hide that they are playing with cheats. Yes I suspect everyone and yes I am only level 150 but this is not my first game and I still have eyes to see.
Sometimes normal players kill me but sooner or later cheaters find them too.
I am aware of most of the recent major problems in Apex and I know that many players complain about the problem with hackers but according to them, out of 10 games only in 1 or 2 they encounter cheaters.
I have known for a long time that there is a shadow ban and that in Apex you can get a regular ban just because you were on the same team with a cheater.
So. In theory, could I ever get a shadow ban due to a random cheater on my team and now I'm just playing with the cheaters who got it too? And if so, is it possible to find out if I am in it now?

If there were to be such a thing as a "shadow" ban that groups you with cheaters I would imagine the queue times would be extremely long right? You wouldn't be allowed in normal games, so you would have to wait until there was a big enough group of similarly "banned" people for a game to start.
I don't actually believe there can be such a thing in this game.

AFAIK shadow bans in this game do not work like that. Generally they just cannot queue for a game, and I have heard rumors of bot lobbies (actual bots, not lousy players) for behavior observation.
