So, bit of a semi rant here but some valid points thrown in along the way. XD
I'm sick to do death of entering random lobbies to be placed in squads full of lvl 25 players. They lack the experience to be of any use which means i end up carrying them to the final circle only for them to get dropped instantly, leaving me 1v3 with low supplies after carrying them throughout the game.
I propose anybody below level 50 should be placed into isolated lobbies, its more their own experience range and they won't be continuously screwing up games for more seasoned players.
"Play ranked instead" isn't really an option either as i can't be bothered working my way to diamond+ only to meet a wall of back to back campfests.
Alternatively bring back the elite queue and restrict it to lvl 100+ players.

@MandatoryIDtag couldn't agree with you more. Better matchmaking will improve game experience and enjoyment for players of all skill levels.
I've posted the same from the perspective of a noob, actually two noobs in a party, here:
That post has been out there for awhile along with many others covering matchmaking from various perspectives and angles
Though I'm better than when I first started, fast approaching level 100, the fundamental issue exists...better matchmaking is a net positive for all.

@xIronFist42x After clicking the link i think i did read that a while back, I remember when i first started playing, and honestly i had the same struggles lol, the 25 level buffer they added to matchmaking just isn't enough for players to get to grips with the game before being thrown in with vets. Unless you're an experienced BR player(not gonna include fortnite as its 3rd person and has somewhat different mechanics) theres a lot to adjust to.

@MandatoryIDtag yeah the learning curve is brutal...lol. When I run into beginners now, I have to laugh as they're struggling to locate our squad, let alone shoot us..."sorry brother, I take no pleasure in this, but we're gonna have to send you and your squad back to the lobby"
Makes me wonder how many players quit prior to getting enough experience to be "ok" at the game. Probably wouldn't be a hard report for Apex dev to create and establish a baseline/threshold...data before and after they established level 25 as the beginner "stage". My guess would be many players stop playing right after trying a bit and then many leave after level 25....

I’ve only been playing for a few weeks and was wandering why all of the sudden I started getting paired with players that have 2k-10K kills. I struggled enough before, now I don’t stand a chance. 😆 It is very frustrating for me and I’m sure for my teammates that get stuck with casual gamers like myself that aren’t very good. Love the game, just wish they matched players better.

Yup it's definitely brutal lol, especially with the common mentality of "git good" coming from the vets...who seem to forget they were probably not that great to start with either.
As far i'm concerned there are 3 major things you need to learn initially.

I fully agree but from a different point of view ^^; Im not a pro, im still learning and at over lvl70 im still not very good - so i wish there were different servers or lobbies or whatever for people at different skill levels :/ bc i dont want to play with or against a bunch of pros that have experience and skill waaaaaaay beyond me, and they dont want to play with the filthy noob casuals like myself. Its starting to wear me down, like when i close the game instead of thinking "that was fun" i just feel depressed

@PsychedelicC-IMK ah man, sorry to hear you're having such a negative experience of the game. Maybe try some of the LFG's kicking around and find some like minded squadmates? We've got one on this forum, i hear theres a discord one too.
