there just needs to be in game report system to report griefers who refuse to play as a 3 person team and proper punishment. It depends... Suspending a player because he/she can't stay close enough from its squad and always initiates gunfights without any warning would be abusive...
I think Respawn should help squads or randoms to play together some way... I just don't know how...
Training is mandatory before joining a real matches (well... You can leave the training before the end and still unlock real matches.)... I think players should agreed to an other User Agreement that only says "I have read the following article: https://www.ea.com/games/apex-legends/news/apex-legends-beginners-guide-tips-and-tricks and I understand this is a squad-based game." 😜
i would at least like to see the option to jump solo removed and only enable it close to ground, as there are plenty of * that will jump solo when they dont get to be jumpmaster and the spot that is chosen is not what they want. you either play a team shooter like a team or dont play a team shooter game, no one is entitled to intentionally ruin it for the rest of the team

Join a clan/community. I know it's probably not what you wanted to hear but if you make enough friends that you enjoy playing with, you will always have friends to squad up with and will eliminate the issue of falling onto useless or annoying randoms. You can pair up with players that are like-minded (ie: ppl that play casually if you enjoy playing casually or ppl that put their try-hard pants on if that's how you like to play).
Speaking of which, time for my shameless plug : apexsquad.club
That will bring you to my community, we are looking for mature and respectful players that you are "casual" or "competitive"! As long as you are 16+ and on PC. We have people from NA and EU. So come meet us

I have to say: Every day that pass i feel that putting everyone in the same queue; noobs, pros, premades, random, people that just installed the game; was one of the biggest mistake they could have made.
Like seriously, i'm so not giving a damn anymore. I see my squad see 2 lvl 5, i just drop alone and go to a hot spot. I don't even bother talking with them. My patience was spend 2 or 3 days ago.
They need to split the game in skill level or at very least add a solo queue. I don't care about playing with randoms. But when 7 out of 10 games i'm paired with randoms lvl 8 with 0~3 kills and when i'm reminded that the champion is in a full squad with over 400 kills each. i just say "wathever".
Respawn really didn't consider * when they decided for a single queue.

It`s not your fault. it`s respawn fault for throwing everyone in the same queue.
And i understand your point. But i`m playing to enjoy the game, not to carry you. And it`s not fun face 3 team coordinate squad with a team that can barely aim

We good coordination and no skills I have made champion on the game with low rank players( noobs) all it takes is talk with new players and help them not scold them! Meken them get good remember they are just learning the game! You didn't start a pro you started a noob and learned over a lot of matches

So? Like i said: i will say where i will go, if they don't go there i'm not going to follow them. Why? because they are new players. If they can't even follow me where i'm dropping i doubt they will follow anything that i say to them.
And don't take me wrong i can carry newbs. I have won games with 2 people that did a wooping 120 of damage together while mine was over 2500. But here's the thing. These are the exceptions, not the rule. If you don't follow what i say in the first time i will do whatever i want. I'm here to play not to teach you.
