Does this mode make sense at all? If some of my team was taken down, he leaves the game immediately..... + the replicator is there but you can find the replicator guns and attachment on the ground.

Haha I just played 4-5 games of this mode for the first time and it absolutely makes no sense at all. Its like normal mode only that you, if you are executed, have to wait for the 7:45, 11:20, 14:15 minute - mark, to get auto-respawn at the survivors with nothing on you...
So unless you happen to fight and die within the new ring as old ring is about to close, you will even have WEAKER incentives to actually stay for a respawn??? Seriously, do the good people at Respawn actually think someone who dies at the initial fights is gonna wait almost 8 minutes to get respawned?

Yeah, thats what I also thought, a mode that only makes sense for premade squads. But then I thought; why would a premade squad, who won their initial fights (and late 3rd-parties from nearby squads) and had 1-2 of the squad members executed, want this mode instead of simply respawn their teammates immediately, close to their loot boxes? There are so many respawn beacons and pretty much at least one at every big area, so that is usually not a problem until the last circles.
So maybe the main purpose of this LTM is just a way for Respawn to try out stuff. Evo shields started as a LTM and is now in the game. What if every dead member of surviving squads was auto-respawn at the end of every round, also in normal modes? Would at least be an interesting idea. That + evo shields + hopefully a bit lower spawn rate of high tier armors, would reward fighting and discourage camping..
