So some hackers are letting their non-hacking team mates get the finishing kill so that they can't be spectated.
This makes it hard to confirm whether someone is hacking or not. Please let us cycle through the members of the team that killed us.
On another point, it seems to me like the notification that you're being spectated would help cheaters avoid being reported.

The icon warning cheaters that someone is watching is a big problem. It needs to be removed.
However, I don't think any serious community crackdown on cheaters is going to happen until there is a replay and report system like in PUBG.
I played PUBG since launch... except for a long break while cheaters owned the entire game (IIRC, it was from something like month 5 to month 8 after launch). I remember the feeling when the cheaters were everywhere.. any direct firefight resulted in death, because most enemies would not miss *any* shots, no matter what the engagement range or situation. At that point tehre was no point in playing and I took a long break and only came back after replays and reports of massive cheater bans... After that, I was surprised to find the game very pleasant to play... because I'd get into a gunfight, and whether I won or lost the fight, it felt "fair" because the enemy didn't just insta-down me or my entire squad by headshotting every bullet.
That said, even after PUBG fixed it's serious cheater problems, there are still cheaters. The difference is, you can do something about it, and you get feedback when it happens.
I remember coming across one particular cheater, who fired 7 sniper shots from Pochinki church, and quickly downed 7 people, in wildly different directions. I rewatched him on the replay, and the way he was tracking people through buildings and obstructions, and then insta popping them was obviously x-ray, if not xray + aimhack. I reported him, and pretty quickly got a notice he was temp banned (presumably I wasn't the only one to report him). Then several days later, I got a notice he was perma-banned.
That feedback of knowing a cheater got removed from the game is enough to remove my aggravation from coming across the occasional cheater. This is what APEX needs to build towards.

Yep. Stuff like this should be common sense, why cant you spectate whoever you want... your dead your squad is dead, your just a observer
