I dont know if anyone else has noticed this but if you die and a teammate respawns you and you die again (team gets eliminated) the stats add up 2 deaths to whatever kills you had. There was one match where I got 2 kills and respawned twice and we got eliminated and the game counted 3 deaths to my K/D. Needs fixed fast!

No because someone killed you.

You respawned twice and got eliminated. You do realize you died three times then?
Nothing wrong then.
If you get knocked and revived, it's not a death. If you get knocked and leave the game, it's a death.

Being respawned counts as a death, if your knocked down and get revived it shouldnt count but once they are able to retrieve your banner your dead so it counts as a death

I understand the concept but I feel like being revived should cancel out the death but that's just me. I also think that this encourages people to leave after they've died if they are solely playing to have good stats.

@chinaanimal32
Sure, but you also get all kills you get after the respawn added to your stats so it kinda makes sense doesnt it? And I honestly dont think this will be a catalyst for players to leave the game, just based on their fear of getting bad stats.

That's true but the community does suffer from toxic rage quitters it seems like 1 in 3 matches one or both team mates leave immediately after dying.
