The suggestion is only for Casual. In casual after 4-5 minutes half of server dies (7-12 teams alive ), which makes the game boring when u have to run entire map to find someone.
So my suggestion is very simple - make next circle size based on players/squads alive. For example first circle starts closing and there is 10 squads left (common event for casuals) - next circle size will be based on amount of alive players - more people bigger circle, less people tiny circle.
