I see all these problems here in the forums about people complaining the servers and glitches “ruining” the game. To get it straight, a bugs a bug, it will get fixed. There will be issues with servers, this has rarely happened this season for me. The weapons, don’t need any changes. Store prices, people complain about how “expensive” they are, even though there are games (I’m looking at you Cod MW) that has to be paid for and there is a ton of micro transactions that are unnecessary in that game. I don’t get it why people leave because non of this stuff barely or never happens to me. I want to know the real reason why people leave, and I don’t want an answer that says “This is broken”, “The servers are horrible”, or “This is expensive”. I want to have it clear so I can see why these stuff happen because I’m really interested.

@Sylvester9991Imo from a console POV its to grindy and expensive compared to other games, $£20 for a skin lol content half the time is awful and not rewarding yes people can say battlepass but even thats basic every season theres always "something wrong" so they fix it to look like there doing something when infact they take the focus of the real issues they are to secretive

@Sylvester9991For example this seasons matchmaking is a joke, if they came out and said there testing it then will change it with feedback thats fine but they dont and keep it secretive

Here are the reasons I left:
- Lack of new content & repetitiveness of existing content
- matchmaking frustration; specifically the way lobbies mix randoms with premades
- abandonment of the game by friends.
- cheating (both in high tier ranked, and casual lobbies)
Looking at what's been changed in S5, I'm glad I left. The balance changes seem questionable, and these treasure packs reek of 'drip feeding minimal content to keep people playing'.
Obviously I can't comment on the map changes as I've uninstalled.

@Sylvester9991Apart from whats already been mentioned:
- Returning players leave again due to the player base becoming more evolved and every lobby feeling like a "sweat lobby".
- Same bugs persisting constantly throughout release (take months to patch just to come back again)
- Game doesn't feel as fun as it was in Season 1-2
- Repetitive content/Hackers/Same map (big issue with games which is why I had to mention this again)
- Teammates being useless/Toxic + giving up too easily
- Kills don't feel rewarding like they did in season 1-2
- Same stale battle pass
- Nothing to work for after rank 500
- Loading into games solo (still happens even now)
- Being que'd up with preds when that particular play isn't as skilled as them
- Game feeling stale after playing every single day since release
- Saving a downed teammate/grabbing the banner of teammates just for them to rage quit anyway, costing you the entire game
- Doesn't even feel rewarding to check the store every few days/weekly like it does with a game like fortnite; think I've only ever used that currency twice throughout the entire release of apex, and I have a LOT of legendary skins.
I think for people to stay constantly playing a game like apex, it has to keep showing its "wow" factor and commitment to it's community by speeding up and not drip feeding content.

@Sylvester9991I mainly just left because Fortnite has Solos and other modes like Team Rumble that allow you to do your own thing while Apex is strictly Team Based, I still have been logging on apex to do my dailys but that’s about it because last season I solo dropped constantly to get my weekly challenges done but this season im just focusing on dailys and will worry about weeklys if I still need them to finish the battlepass later on If there was an option to queue solo by selecting no fill in the lobby I would definitely play the game more but currently I would rather play other games and only log on apex whenever I actually do want to play as a team which isn’t often tbh but I do like to play some trios sometimes
The New Missions are actually pretty fun to do solo though and test them out as different legends but its just not as fun as dropping in solo vs duos or solo vs trios like I was used to, ya I didn’t win many games solo but I had alot of fun wiping other teams by myself as the kill leader and just practicing to get better but now im rusty as hell on apex again... I may do great 1 game then the next 3 im trash and when Im trash I would rather be alone to do my own thing until I get used to the gun mechanics again
the only other thing that bothers me is having about 300k legend tokens... but its not as big of an influence for me playing less as the lack of solos is

All of these are interesting, I have never ran into these problems but it’s me so it could happen soon.
