If I suspect a cheater but they are not the one who killed me but instead their teammate then how can I report them? writing the name and report through the website? since I can't spectate the whole team and I can't report on a specific person.
Also putting an eye icon on their screen is like telling them "I'm watching you" they can just turn it off.

You remember his nickname exactly and go to origin.
Search for him as if you want to add him as friend but instead select "report".
There you go.
That is why you get people with lots of numbers in their Nick's so you can't find them (hard to remember unless to write it down)

Please make it player-friendly to report a suspect. Being able to switch between players within the same team and report after your whole squad was eliminated would not do the game any harm.

Another design failure indeed.
IDK who's the mental that thought it was a good idea to scream at potential cheaters that they were being watched just so they could turn off their cheats. I also do not understand how, in 2019, a triple A title doesn't allow you to spectate anybody but your killer (so a cheater could deal 99% of your hp but if a random finishes you off, you will not be able to spectate the cheater). The game is dying for so many reasons but cheaters (plus how non-user-friendly and annoying it is to use plus how badly designed it is) is definitly one of the main reasons.
