{Thank you for pinning this thread :eahigh_file: }
Currently there are over 60 separate threads in the general feedback forum alone about reporting players or cheaters so I thought i'd put together solutions i've found on the web and in these threads in a central place so hopefully people can send their reports to the right places. I'll add to this if anyone else has any links/tips on how to report cheaters/players.
Please do not post below your 'examples' of cheats or post names/user ID's or people you feel are bad players/cheats, use the tools described below. The more we use these tools to report genuine cheaters the more likely we are to have an impact.
Thank you.
Cheaters
{EDIT 20/03/19}
Players can now report cheaters they encounter in-game and it’ll be sent directly to Easy Anti-Cheat. You can do this from either the spectate view after dying or when looking at your team’s Banner Cards in the Squad tab.

CM Edit
Update with some info on toxicity reporting.
Fighting Toxicity
Apex Legends is a place for you to join forces with other players where you can express yourself, your individuality, and have fun. But it’s not just your space, it’s everyone’s. Harassing, bullying, threatening, offending, or any toxic behavior towards others is not acceptable—ever. That’s why we’ve recently updated Apex Legends with a way for you to report toxicity in-game.
When you sign up for your EA Account, you agree to play by fair rules. We’re counting on you to keep toxicity out of the dropship, the ring, and everywhere in between. Read more about how we're building healthy communities for all gamers.
WHAT DOES REPORTING LOOK LIKE?
Post match you can report players using the button listed at the bottom of the screen.
After choosing to report a player, we’ll ask you to choose a reason for reporting.
If you select Cheating, we’ll ask you to pick from a list of common cheating behaviors.
If you pick Other, we’ll send you to the player’s Origin page.
From here you can pick from a list of reasons you’re reporting this player.

Hey all, please do not share links to any cheats you may see as doing so is technically a breach of the AHQ User Rules and Guidelines.
From here on out, any sharing of videos or naming of users and accusing them of cheating or linking to cheating sites will result in bans.
If you are in game and suspect a user of cheating then please report them by following the steps in this link: https://www.easy.ac/en-us/support/apexlegends/contact/report/
We take all reports very seriously and will fully investigate.

@EA_Cade, Could we know what happened?!
When is that right to delete threads about enforcing the Code of Conduct from Electronic Arts’ User Agreement? Are some moderators siding with the cheaters and abusers?
I had to fight to get a proper answer to the ticket I opened this weekend to report a player for repetitive abusive language over support.ea.com, because the employee sent me—twice—a reply that was obviously a template for reporting cheaters. It took the whole day until someone actually wrote an original reply that acknowledged my situation and confirmed that the report would be studied by a dedicated team.
Are you taking players seriously?!

Thanks @Bowi_QC
I created this to try and collate the insane number of duplicate posts and help everyone out.
Please, If there is anything people feel is wrong, inappropriate or against T+S please let me know and i'll just mod the post.
EDIT: think I know what might have happened, the thread has now been marked as spam, I think it might be because i went around some of the 60 or so threads on cheaters/ reporting users and had the audacity to try and help people by linking them to this thread so that people would have an answer to their question.

Issue is manually having to ban cheaters from individual reports doesn't fix anything, it's like putting a band-aid on top of a gushing severed artery. Game is F2P so unless they hardware ban people and they have an anti-cheat that will do it's job, the moment a reported cheater is banned, he will simply create a new account so I fail to see what's the point? Can the anti-cheat developpers actually learn how to counter new cheats just from player reports? I doubt it.

If EA were more serious about getting the cheaters weeded out, then it would be easy for them to build in a player reporting system in the BFx game as Sony already have in the Community and Messenger area. Right clicking the player/or message and you report directly the situation. You then also have the screenshot and game/activity attached automatically.
EA could add that feature e.g. to the player score card, where all players in game are listed.
Highlight the player in question and submit the report complaint, where you can then have a screen both to describe your complaint and ability to attach video-recording or a clear screenshot as proof of the cheating.
Aka a screenshot of the kill-cam of the wall glitcher sitting up in the corner ceiling at the elevators at B-flag on the Metro map.
Simple really.
Another question that has to be brought up is ofcourse why EA have not updated several of their maps, to close these stupid glitch/holes, making it impossible anyway to glitch on them. Some of those map errors were found already back in BF3 and they were still there transferred into the BF4 world and left with no fix despite literally thousands of glitchers being reported for cheating by using them...
So one player allowed to destroy the pleasure of the multiplayer game for 63 other players, round after round after round.
This can be done better next time around if there is a will to fix it!
Please........?
