Get the first 5 to 7 shots\ 2-3 seconds of shooting on him First even if he has same gun and we in a shoot out with only us and he magically wins with 1 health, happens all the freaking time! When he clearly does not deserve to win after I unload all my purple clip.... Or just now with his white sheild and my blue mag on R-99 hitting every shot and he magically wins just bullcrap Iitterly wasn't even facing me both time +++ when I start shooting FIRST and he can win cause of all the freaking health cmon

I disagree wholeheartedly with the idea of fortified being removed from the pair of them, their hit boxes are massive in comparison to other legends, even with the 5%+ increase hardly anybody seems to use either of them in comparison to other legends.
I do feel they should have remained at +10% though since 3 other legends took a -5% debuff, seems a little unfair to me. That being said you only really feel the +5% against low damage output weapons. An accurately fired flatline for example,will destroy the 2 legends regardless of said buff.

@AnlbrdThen back to 10% or 11% I'm trying not to suggest a sever Nerf cause he does need it and he his tank based but to many time these situations happends when you have every advantage in every aspect of the word and he can win cause he'll have barely \ 1 point of health
I also think castic should get lowered a bit too just a little
But for lowering gibbys fortified give him 2 bubble sheilds instead

There would be no difference in damage between 10% and 11%. Im pretty sure guns can only deal damage thats a whole number.
ie The Flatline hits for 20 damage, at 10% decease thats 18 damage, at 11% thats 17.8 but the gun would still be dealing 18 damage.
Even if guns did deal damage with a decimal point at 10% the Flatline would require 12 shots to kill, and at 11% it would still require 12 shots to kill.
Respawns choice to use the 10% and 15% numbers was deliberate because they actually change the number of shots to kill a target. If they didnt use these numbers then the fortified passive would be pointless because the characters would be taking less damage but still dying in the same number of shots.
Changing it to 11-14% would result in the shots to kill remaining the same as 10% or 15% making this change utterly pointless. Changing the damage values or damage reduction values of things is irrelevant if the shots to kill dont change.

Gib should win in a head to head shootout though, that's where his strength lies.
If you run into him like a brickwall and try to ADS him down you deserve to lose the fight.

@Koochi-QYou can spam Gibby into oblivion with a G7. It takes three shots instead of two to get rid of his armshield now with the Scout. High damage weapons with a respectable fire rate like the Wingman and Scout (and probably the Flatline now too) and insane dps weapons like the R99 still shred through his shield and body like paper...
