The TTK is way to high for the high end armor. Stick with blue and white only. Your not rewarded for getting the drop on a careless squad when they have purple or gold armor. It should not take 3-4 seconds to melt someones armor off.

Yes it should! Yeah the armor needs a lot of balancing to be in a good spot. I really hope it doesn't go the way of blackout. You get a lvl 3 armor in that game and congrats your top 3 no problem.

Yes so if you get lucky and get purple or yellow armor early game then if another squad doesn't get lucky with some good weapon drops they are toasted. That feeds RNG. That is not good for a competitive game.

I bet you get toasted alot by ppl with epic or legendary armor dont you? @Goal_Line_0. Why do that? It is legendary, you don't get that armor easily. It should come with something special.
@Coadyfitzg25... uhmmm... do you know what BR embodies? RNG meets skill. You find a randomly generated weapon/armor/commodity (RNG side) and use those things to kill others (skill side). So yeah... it should feed RNG. What do you want? Every same time the same spawns in the same place? If that's your wish, don't play BRs but go over to traditional shooters where you can customize your loadout and use your skill to win the game.
This is exactly what makes BR such a competitive game mode/genre. You never know how it's gonna turn out
I just love it when people like you love to bash people's skill instead of coming with a counter argument -- its completely junior level and brainless. If you really want to see my skills, just google me. I use to stream and if you want I can share you some good footage. All my profiles are public because I got nothing to hide, so bash away.
Anyway! How can it not be obvious that a self revive is off balancing? You have the strongest armor in the entire game plus you self revive. So what does being the strongest armor in the game actually imply? It should be able to soak highest amount of damage compared to any other armor. That in itself on paper should be whats special about it. Adding a self revive on top of other very strong "down" shields is just tipping the balance when it comes to comparing equipment regardless of a players skill.
A self revive increases a players survivability by 100% Yes 100% because its 1 entire life. There are no armors that grant this kind of statistic. It would make sense if this type of armor was restricted to 1 instance per game, but its not. RNG can have possibilities of an entire 3 man squad with self reviving armor, which can, in a skillless battle, put you at a very high advantage.
Now if a player had some serious good skill level, the results of his survivability are in his favor. Depending on the situation, a self revive in a long range fire fight grants him the opportunity to run for cover. The scenarios are completely variable and arbitrary but there is 1 finite factor. In any case, he can get up from being down and in seconds have his entire squad up for another fight. If not then have a second chance to winning the cup.
Just think about it.
You sound like you know you're talking about but you are just another gamer bashing peoples opinion with no real grounding.

I like the TTK in the game, even with purple/gold armor. I'd not change it.

The TTK isn't all that bad. If I die quickly, it's usually because the enemy is either in close quarters and is jumping around and using a shotgun or somewhere I never thought they could be and sniping me. With how many nades and ults are falling around, it's easy to get popped.

first, lemme just have some laughs at your quote cause it has multiple funny points in it.
Okay time to get down to business.
If you can actually show me where you see me 'bashing someone's skill, I will kindly apologize, but that won't happen cause I never made a remark towards anyone's skill level.
Secondly, what does streaming have to do with skill. Yes many streamers are skilled, but being able to stream and have good footage doesn't equate to having good skills. I know your point is to 'make me aware that you have skill' but saying you stream isn't gonna make me think 'oh this guy streams, he has skill'. Seeing ppl play and communicate is how I judge skill... mostly that is.
Wait wait wait, self-reviving armor. Lemme read your previous post(s)... okay, this I will apologize for. When I read the self revive comment of yours, I meant you meant the armor that just repairs itself after an execution. I was not aware that there's an actual armor that revives you. How does that armor even work =_=. So if there's actually an armor like that as opposed to the armor I thought you were referring to, I have nothing more to say on that subject to, yes, remove that specific ability. If not, you at least come with solid reasoning for why you would want it gone if it existed.
But now I'm coming back to the bashing part. Show me where, cause I did not bash anyone's skill. If you think I did, we probably have very different definitions of bashing. But you're free to state your case.
