What happens when the bug occurs? You try to open a door/deathbox but end up executing someone instead. Even if you stare directly at the door/deathbox, as long as there's a downed player nearby you go into execute animation.
What should be happening instead? Not going into execute animation.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Remove execute. It's a useless mechanic which I've never in my 200 hours of playing have used on purpose. It only happens when you try to do something else while a downed player is near. Alternatively put the execute on a separate button if you still wish to keep the stupid mechanic for god knows what reason.
Please remove the execute mechanic or put it on another button than the interact button.

I hate that [Removed - CM] too. Trying to reload quick and closing the door in front of you in stead, It's ridiculous. Can't they prioritise loading over door opening?!???? Also, picking up things takes too much time, often when in a hurry, I miss the objects. Why can't they be easier to pick up? You have to basically aim perfectly at them to pick up... Why can't it be more lenient?
This isn't even a question or difficult fix.
Finishers are a nothing, flavor ability that only matter if you have gold armor. Which is another issue altogether. That is a garbage gold and needs changing.
Finishers must get their own unique key bind. Not a hold, or any other nonsense. Add a specific key bind for finishers. Dying because you need to pick up a gun/ammo or loot a box or close/open a door just to get locked into a pointless flavor finisher is a horrible, horrible way to die.
This is a issue since day 1.

Simple point here, having finishers and interact on the same keybinding is awful. Often times you try to open doors, loot crates, pick up ammo, and some dude is lying on the ground next to you and you're forced to finish and you get killed in the animation you never asked for.
It's especially problematic as I've gone around a knocked player, opened a crate, and after I was in the crate menu, the finisher started and took me out. Then I got killed because I wasn't allowed to choose a weapon.
Do something to fix this. Give us an option to keybind finishers seperately, it's the most annoying thing in this game.
I have a suggestion to change action priority when we are reviving team mates next to doors. Whenever a team mate is knocked down, and we are pressing E to revive, it also opens the door nearby. It is really annoying, not to mention the tactical disadvantage it cause. So i would suggest a change, when our crosshair is on the knocked team mate, the performed action for pressing the E key should be revive. When we are looking at the door, it should be "open". And NOT both at the same time. Or always prioritize revive over door.
two things that could be changed are hitboxes are still not so great as you take like 3 bullets after you have already closed a door or went behind a wall. another thing might be executing being a seperate button from pickups/interactions as maybe youre trying to close a door on an enemy you had downed or picking up ammo and you get that accident execute that gets u killed from the animation
