Since the last update i have noticed a couple of things that i believe need to be improved/tweaked they are the following
1- Sound :
Footsteps : the audio on footsteps is not correctly distanced/representing the distance at witch the player really is (i.e my squad and i were running from hydrodam to thunderdome and crossed paths with another squad( both squads were sprinting in opposite directions about 5 meters from each (a wraith from the enemy squad and i were stopped mid map literally besides each other(without hearing each other) scoping for threats, there was no footsteps audio at least not a perceivable one and neither of the squads" heard" the other.
2- HUD
Customization : i would love for the HUD to be "movable" as in if we could place each element in custom position
Ping : the possibility to see your in game ping is a feature many are hopping for
3- Weapons
I like the overall feel of the weapons but it could be crisper more fluid, its almost like aiming is stuck on vertical and lateral axis no human would aim like that (Destiny 2 i think it has one of the best gunplay in the industry atm)
Mozambique : i would like to suggest the possibility of dual wielding Mozambique, atm Moza is a pretty lame gun( i think this is the case since it only has 3 rounds per clip) but what if when a player picked up a second Moza it would do Dual Wield [DW] ( still need to pick up 2 of them but now you have 6 shots) in this case reloading would need to be bit faster(you are reloading 2 guns) only when holding DW Mozas to keep it balances( reloading 2 weapons takes longer obviously but since Moza is soo weak it may balanced that by reloading faster)
Peacekeeper :
This shotgun is still a bit inconsistent (hard to tell atm , will explain further ahead) sometimes the PK does 100 DMG in one shot sometimes it does 20DMG (partially hit shots do not count for comparison)
EvA-08 :
In a very good place atm ROF just right , the hop-ups allow for just right ROF
Longbow:
My issue with the longbow is bullet speed, i know it is a heavy round and all that but the longbow is like a Barret .50Cal , so big bullet+powerful gun=fast traveling bullet (specially because sniper rounds/heavy rounds are designed to be more aerodynamically friendly in order to travel greater distances at high rate of speed.( i understand that this might not be possible due to in game balance)
Legends :
The possibility of selecting a legend as your "main" without it deselecting when you go and change another legends skin/banner/quip /etc.(i.e i main legend A and its pre-selected but if i go and change legend B clothing this is now the "selected" legend, hope i made it understandable)

Gameplay/Quality of life and more
DataCenter/Server selection :
Easier way to select the DataCenter at the main screen, having to wait for the datacenter option to "apear" is nonsense guys, just let it be there or make the game choose the best server accordingly( atm server allocation is not the best many time i get sent to serve halfway across the globe, i live in the EU and many many times the game sends me to US servers )
Netcode/hit reg:
Since the last update hit reg has been a bit all over the place, 2 day ago working perfectly fine yesterday (+/-) 70% the shots were not registering this is very concerning and retracts from the ingame experience( like i said yesterday after 5 games of bad hit reg i stopped playing its very frustrating when this happens, i usually record my game sessions to learn from mistakes made in game and it was there that became clear that hit-reg is not working properly again)
Code LEAF :
This error has been recurring in the beguiling and end of matches kicking me from the lobby many times immediately after game allocation or even character selection
Incomplete Squads :
Squads with less then 3 players(for what ever reason that might be) should be rewarded an extra amount of points in the end of their match, obviously this is to the remaining players of said squad.
Statistics Tracking:
This needs to happen (fast) the competitiveness of the game almost demands for it (overall/individual player stats, individual legends stats, specific gun stats) its is also a ways for us plaayer to have numeric references of how and with what we play the most.
Hacker/cheats (i hate that i have to mention this subject):
I know you (Respawn) are on top of this the sheer amount of bans issued since day 1 is just mind boggling, there are "smart" hackers out there that do not use the hack(s) while under spectator eyes but lately i have "busted" players with what i assume to be some sort of wall hack (you can see them aiming at a wall for no apparent reason and "finding people out of the blue inside said building or behind a rock) in some cases the hacker does not claim the kill so you can not spectate them( when hackers are doing carry's)
Report:
There needs to be an option to pick which player you are spectating, refer to previously stated "smart" cheaters(kill cam or replay for the kill itself would be nice, i dunno if this is a unrealistic request)

Nice of you to take the time to share your observations on the current state of Apex.
I think that sound / audio is being monitored on an ongoing basis and I would guess that there'll be tweaks just like in a lot of games.
The Longbow is a bit of an ungainly rifle. I think it's because of it's high damage that it has a few drawbacks such as bullet speed and therefore bullet drop as well. That's why I tend to use it as a proper DMR with a 2/4x Variable Aog or 3x Hcog 'Ranger'.

About the sound issue totally agree tweaks come with the territory.
I wouldn't mind a bit less damage on it with more bullet speed but it is a very balanced weapon.
