Personally, I feel like EA and Respawn literally dont give a single * about this game. They have made subtle changes in the few months it has been released. One legend has been released since the drop of the game. Hackers and aimbots are so frequent in this game its no surprise if im paired with one or get absolutely shitt on by one on the enemy squad. They havent done shitt to do anything about these issues and if they did, they are doing such a horrible * job. This game is so fun, and if there was actually time put into this game, it would become much more enjoyable than it is right now.

This what you said make no sense, you clearly don't know how hard it is to make changes, test them etc.. Game is here like 3 months, tell me, is there any game in the world it was super balanced without bugs in first few months.. For you its just a game, for them is a ton of codes and testing.. That's why we have forum and feedback so you can talk about problems and they are listening.. Maybe it's not the balanced game for now but they will make it better for sure.. Only think what I think it's bad and it's gain of nothing after lvl 100.. Everything else with be better soon..
About the cheaters, in past 3 months they banned more then 300.000 people for cheating, do you rly think its easy to control 50mil people..

Game is not that old guy be patient....
It's a free game and you're having a whinge like you paid a premium price for it, Things like BFV and BF4 and BF3 which were over $120 in total with all DLC and they took longer to fix those and the servers for them are still broken as due to the way it was setup, Yet you people complaining about a free game not getting FREE support are the same ones to criticise those complaining after buying a game and calling people 'entitled' and attempting to belittle them...
Backwards man

This * is a free game but with in game purchases, they make a * ton of money and they cant add more patches to balance the game? Its been 3 months and thats more than enoguh time to give a game more than 2 patches that have 8 small changes. I think fortnite is boring as hell but they at least come up with new things frequently to make their players stay with their game. Apex legends has lost SOOOOOOOOO much of their fan base because they dont change *, and it gets boring as hell when nothing new is coming out to revive and grab the players attention

I think you're being a little unrealistic here tbh... whilst it seems that respawn did care about this game and, given the resouces they were given, they did an amazing job. However I think it's fair to say that EA never really cared about this game... EA threw Respawn on this project because they deicded to axe Titanfall and probably didn't know what else to do with the studio. They probably put Respawn onto Apex simply to try and cash in on the Battle Royale and 'cos they had no idea wtf else to do with them... I mean cm'on EA, releasing a FTP game?! Not exactly in character for them? Now most of Respawn have been put onto the new Star Wars game and there is probably simply NOT enough manpower working on Apex to provide such a large community with support as well as changes and updates.
EA clearly never expected Apex to have the sucess it did and didn't put aside the resources necessary to support the game correctly after launch. You're right that making gameplay changes does take a lot of time and testing, and whilst also trying to fix bugs, combat cheaters and manage the community and I think it is clear that respawn are working with very little here. So I think the OP is half right, I think EA don't care about the game, and as interest wanes due to the lack of new content, interesting items and cheating they will simply use that as an excuse/justification to further cut support for Apex.
With EA you can usually count on them to make the worst possible decision in any circumstances and I worry about the future for Apex under their control... it would not suprise me in the slightest if in 3 or 6 months from now we wake up to discover all the servers have been turned off and the game is dead. With a FTP game you can bet they feel no obligation to support the game once the money slows down, and without the resources to provide a more interesting and diverse skins and loot people will not be so inclined to spend money on coins.

Bro, do you listen yourself.. Fortnite was full of cheaters and it was unplayable for about a year.. There was no big and interesting updates for about a year too.. You put on a line Apex with 3 months and Fortnite with few years.. I agree some changes should be made and it will be made.. They don't have some strong back up from EA just cause its free to play.. It will be better, you don't need to say they won't do *, they are going for the best, just it's need time buddy..

You really think EA are going to support and "unprofitable" FTP game for the year or so you're saying it takes to "git gud"?? I hope you're right but I don't share your optimism
And FTP or not, the idea that it's okay that games are garbage until 12-18 months following release is not one that should, imo, be normalized... and we shouldnt be making excuses for that I feel.
It was only a few short years ago that consumers were outraged that Portal2 had day 1 cosmetic skins for $4-5 dollars, and people pointed to bugs etc. that existed saying, "why didnt they fix those first"? Look how far we've already fallen These things go by small increments, grinding a little more each time.

I don't want to say that it's normal to wait 12+ months to stabilise the game, I just wanted to point some facts to our friend up there, he is compering Apex with Fortnite like it is here for 5 months and its flawless already with all that shiny * everywhere.. Fortnite is stabilized game right now and have for everyone something etc but they needed a lot of time to make it like this, that is the thing our friend and many ppl don't understand.. I read so many comments on this forum, people act like making and programming games is easy to do.. If that was easy and fast process I would do it for fun lmao.. Ok, it's their job to make it good but still, it's not easy and fast process..

I completely agree with you. The problem is that they are working with a very little team, with a little budget. EA is the worst company and everything that they do is s***. I wish respaw were a independente studio and I wish they could release the game on steam.

Oh I totally agree that comparing Apex to Fortnite isn't a fair... although it is true that both games were initally rushed to market to capitalize on the BR trend. It is true that many people have very little notion of how much work creating a game actially is, and how even small changes can be complex and time-consuming to implement. Peiople do moan about the uninspired loot in Apex but to me that is actually a positive thing as I think it shows respawn were far more concerned with crafting a decent game than they were with selling loot boxes.
My guess is that EA gave Repsawn the minimum resouces required to support the game after release (keeping the servers running, debugging and fixing driver breakages etc.) but not the kind of manpower it would take to devise, code and testi mportant gameplay and system updates. I'm sure Respawn are aware of many of the complaints from the community and problems with the game but simply don't have the support, manpower and resouces to tackle it.
Either way, I think Respawn have done an amazing job with Apex, and I really blame 99% of the problems with the game on EA's bad, neglectful management.
