Every time I start my first match of the day, I get disconnected!! I press Y to join a match, then it get stuck on the loading screen for 5 mins. I have to exit the game and restart it. By the time I go back to the game, Either I'm dead or my teammates recovered my tag. It's really annoying because players will report me as 'AFK'. APEX CAN YOU FIX THIS ISSUE!!!

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

I have this same issue except my game disconnects randomly it's not just the first game of the day and it happens 3-5 times a day. This issue started when the armed and dangerous evolved ltm dropped and has continued since. I have noticed it happen to random teammates too. It was an annoyance at first but now it's a major issue because it has started happening in my ranked games.

No, my connection is wired. I also recorded this a few times on my xbox I just haven't gotten it uploaded to my Twitter account yet but I will get them uploaded today.

Did you already perform the power cycling steps I mentioned previously? If so, let's see if alternate DNS servers will help. From the Xbox One home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4. Let me know what happens.

I have done the power cycling already but haven't been able to jump into a game yet. Hopefully it does fix the problem.
