I'm lost as to why you would at least give the error codes from Event Viewer, it's pretty basic stuff. Every time something fails in Windows Vista (or up), it gets logged into Event Viewer.
Now that's for the professional editions I think, not sure how to help with home and or other editions.
I would at least run DDU and just reinstall your GPU drivers to see if the issue goes away. Takes 5 mins.

@Aaanndd_its_Goneif the above doesnt really work on your end, give this solution a try.
it pretty much sounds like your gfx-subsystem having an IRQ issue (most likely due to some other driver/hardware conflicts) :

You have to apply the changes every time you install a fresh version of Nvidia drivers, since it will set itself back to the old settings,
also the tool needs to run with administrative rights for the changes to be applied, alternatively you can do the registry changes by hand.
Also a system restore point is highly recommended before you try this solution (like with every registry changes you do), in case something goes "south".
It worked flawless for me in the past, but you know ... better save than sorry !
