Yesterday, @EA_Cade locked a thread I started, implying that it is not game-related. I do not know what he thought about it, but I had told what led me to that question and asked for an answer. If I said “This game promotes satanism.”, it could be like a debate, but I just asked a question about the game (all those three things I listed were things that are in game) without even stating an opinion, and he locked the thread without an answer instead of explaining what those mean. If he came up with a proper and satisfactory answer, I am sure it would not look like a debate. It would just be a question from a player and an answer from someone from EA: Isn’t it what is supposed to be in the forum? Who will answer my question about what the things in the game mean if it is not someone from EA?
I sent a private message very similar to this yesterday to him. He seemed online but I did not get a reply. I do not know if ones at his position cannot reply to private messages or he did not see it or he just ignored, but I can say that the situation is frustrating for me. I did not get an answer to my question, and my thread was locked without an acceptable reason. I am still waiting for an explanation for both of them.
Maybe this is too personal to be a forum post, but as I have written before I could not get a reply to my private message and that is why I am writing these here.
If I get the private message before someone replies to this post, I will delete this post. So @EA_Cade if you see this, I would be glad if you replied me privately instead of posting it here.

You will see something if you want to see something. The Manager did give you more context as to why it wasn't game related after he mentioned the thread being locked.
"This thread is now locked.

Maybe you need to reach out to the developers of the game to get a clear mindset on what they meant with their symbolism.

It was in the general part of the forum, but I did not get an answer there and decided to delete it to repost here. If their time is too precious to waste on such things, they can just leave it open for the community discussion instead of locking the thread with an unrelated reason. The impression I had, with the other guy saying that he would ban me and the thread being locked, is as if I had offended someone or said something which is unwanted to be talked about.
About that “manager” thing, I had not directed my question at specially Community Manager or anyone from EA, someone from the community could answer it if they had the information; however, he became the subject to my second post because he prevented me from getting an answer.
So @Pretzelnutcake, do you think I could get an answer if I asked “What does the shape in the background mean?” or “Why does Octane make his hand like that?” If so, is it actually such a big difference that I asked it that way? I mean, could not someone who had information about the game’s development give a brief information about it and afterwards tell me that it is not the way to ask in the forum?

@umut0097 the CM's generally don't interfere with the forum unless they have good reason.
I haven't seen your OP in which this issue occured so yeah...can't really comment on that.

A Google search pulled up some information about the people that actually had a hand in making the game. I was able to see that Drew McCoy and Tina Sanchez are credited with producing the game. Maybe try to setup some kind of communication with their secretaries to ask your questions. Also checking into their website they have an email link for business and media inquiries at the bottom of their main web page. Maybe these folks can help you with the information you're wanting.
