Improve colours on colourblind mode

Hi there I'm a partially red/green colour blind player and playing on deuteranopia does not impact my experience.

The main issue I find is the crosshair colours of the sights. In open bright areas this seems not to be a problem but in areas with grass and wooden buildings etc it is very hard to see where my crosshair is.

If there could be an option to select crosshair colour or just have colourblind modes have different coloured crosshairs and pings would be a great improvement.

I really like your game, but there is a small problem. Due to colorblindness aiming is almost impossible for me. All the optics in the game are red, this blends in with almost any other color for me. I was wondering whether you could add the option to change reticle color so me and many others don't have to be frustrated when we die because we can't aim.

So, I'm colorblind and I always had problems to see the color red (among other colors).

It's usually not a big deal in other games because they usually use bright and contrasted red dots or reticles for their sights.

However, in Apex Legends the color feels very very faint, and most of the time I can't even see the reticle, no matter how hard I try to cross my eyes (especially on green backgrounds such as grass, etc.).

Will there be an option to change that ? It's not really fun when you have to guess where the reticle is everytime, I usually end up hip firing or not using sights at all.

(Don't tell me there's a colorblind setting, I know that. It doesn't affect the sights, only the HUD)

Could y’all make colorblind mode change the red of the reticles to something else? It’s pretty much useless otherwise. White or something like the digital threat would be nice. Also, the colorblind options need to spread level 2 and 3 loot further apart on the spectrum or make them something different from blue and purple. They’re almost indistinguishable unless you run up and tap to replace...

Im posting this for a friend and he does appreciate the color blind features you have put in the only problem is the red dot does nit change colors. Its a small thing but if theres any way it could be looked into he would appreciate it

Iv been told that it only changes your team and enemies colours, but I would like it to also Change the weapon/ammo and indicator/waypoint colours to be different as some of them are quite similar to my eyes.
Maybe have editing settings like battlefield or something.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Apply the deuteranopia colorblind setting, enter a game, and compare the two shades of green.

I am colorblind. It is hard for me to see the my squad mate's marker on the minimap. I usually have my eyes glued to my minimap, but I always find myself searching for our 3rd squad mate. I open up the fullscreen map, and they're right next to me. I do have the colorblind setting applied to both my gameplay and my video settings. It's always the green marker...

Maybe make it possible to change the colour of objects separately in the menu.
And maybe we can all copy-paste the list and add some ideas which needs an option to change colors.

The list:
- Mini map arrows
- Ping Location
- Ping Enemy location
- Enemies with the actions like the ult-move of bloodhound
- Enemies in smoke when using special sight which can see heat
- Colours of deadboxes
- Colours of loot per level
- Colours of ammo
