I have noticed a new type of cheat, it is random, it's almost "humanised" So it seems like it is a legit player but as I ghosted the players and the snapping to target was on and off.
A lot of them are using maphack now, I was the only player and I hid behind walls a few times (making no sound) and they came straight for me.
This does not change how I feel that Respawn is doing a good job with curbing it.
Anyone else notice this?

From the UK here and I have seen maybe 1 or 2 hackers in the course of a week, it's pretty good on these servers.
April 2019
hackers are ruining the game experience for me, i have reported all that i think are hacking but i don't think it makes a difference, i purchased season 1 battle pass however don't think ill be purchasing season 2.

The only way to win is to have a fixed squad that know each other & play well together, be on discord and recognise the naming convention of cheaters on the SEA Servers. The names are mostly a mix of numbers and HuYa and DouYu (TV) as a prefix.
Mod - Please feel free to edit if naming part of a name is not allowed.

i just had the same experience today. sad because i had very good games just this sunday. today was pure bs. suddenly all these wrath (hammer) badge champions appear out of nowhere with an insane amount of headshots vs kills (but still very low kill count relative to age of game).
It's highly improbable to get the wrath badge let alone the level 4 one-- yet somehow these griefers get them and keep racking up kills with their aimbot. its sickening.
how can i legitimately get better at a game when im handicapped with having to compensate for aim cheaters (as well as map cheaters)?
Respawn should again amp up the anti cheat measures (as was the case the past 2 weeks) and provide an algorithm that checks at least those who get wrath badges. Again it's really improbable to get level 1, let alone the higher levels without being part of the elite level players (and I've met a few but they are VERY rare). There are a dozen of ways to detect these automatically, for example if they have a very high hit versus miss ratio. Even the best players whiff simply because they started the aim sequence of their attack incorrectly hence the follow through shots dont connect. A high first hit ratio can also be another red flag. Also there are some poor player cheaters (appearing again) that quite frankly don't move as well as seasoned players and they could check average move speed vs. hit/miss ratio. Almost all advanced players run and slide all the time. It's a big red flag if you hit really good and don't move as well.
these are just some of my advice and im sure the devs are working on it but they should release some sort of new anti cheat measure soon so i dont get bad games as im finishing up my battle pass..

I wish the best. That's all we can do; support them.

Yeah the "Douyu / Doyu / -TTV / 'Random Numbers'" common theme, on the Sydney server had these Odin players followed by a random word.
It's no doub't the Paid bot users of China doing this they get paid for playing and showing off the bot, They should simply hand the server over to the chinese to do as they please with it, In china copyright / IP mean nothing they can clone and exploit whatever they like without consequence unless it offends the state thats a whole fish made out of kettles that will burn them.
Blocking Mainland and Hong Kong from all other servers and allowing them to sort them selves out will reduce this issue.
April 2019
Please Hong Kong is also one of the victims from Mainland cheater invasion. Respawn should just sell the license to Tencent or whatever and let them run in China and let the Mainland Chinese enjoy their own servers.
April 2019
Problem is Hong Kong has Pirate internet setups across the water allowing certain cafes access to things outside Mainland that the CPC don't agree with but let them alone because of who they're related, HK should be actively blocking them but won't because profitting from the illegal internets is big money.
