This is a free game, and I am all for spending money on cosmetics, but what I can't stomach is the blatant mismatch of coin cost vs. coins in packs.
1,100 for a skin doesn't sound bad until you spend $10 to come up 100 coins short. I'm not paying $20 to unlock a skin, regardless of how many coins are left over.
Say you want 2 skins in the shop, That's 2,200 coins. The $20 pack leaves you 50 coins shy meaning you must drop $30 to unlock them.
The cash shop in imbalanced. Blatantly so. If you want players like myself to pump our money into this amazing game, it needs to make sense. The current system simply does not make sense.

F2P cash shops are intentionally designed this way. The people in charge of pricing want you to spend more money than you should logically have to. By having "extra" coins sitting in your inventory, and having it displayed in the main lobby screen, they hope it will trigger an impulse buy of more coins, to even it out for more skin purchases, so you don't feel like you're wasting those "extra" coins. It's a psychological trick, and the funniest part is how these cash shop designers don't know, or don't care, that we see right through it.
