You're painfully wrong and don't know what you're talking about. Number one, the recolors do not even cost Apex Coins/real money, they cost LEGEND TOKENS. Number two, most of the playerbase doesn't even know about them because they're never advertised and there's no hype around them. I 100% guarantee that 80-90% of the playerbase do not know what the skins that I listed in the opening post look like, because barely anyone pays attention to the crappy rotating store. And finally, BECAUSE they are limited time only it means that people will actually refuse to buy the skin associated with the recolor since they're not sure whether it will actually come back.
Imperial Warrior looks awful. I would never put it on my Bloodhound. However, I WOULD buy Imperial Warrior if The Great Winter was in the shop but it's not so that's 1.8k coins that EA missed out on me. The lost revenue can easily skyrocket into the millions.
''You're painfully wrong and don't know what you're talking about''
I know exacly what im talking about. Since it is about me.
I <----- ME won't spend any more money on skins and packages in the future if they return the exclusive skins.
And im sure there are A LOT of people with me on that.
I played and supported the game on Day 1 and i and all those people deserve that have a unique skins that won't come back and make it a boring to be seen everywhere skin.
And its the same thing for the people that supported the game on day 100.
Next to that You say they would make a quick $ on doing that.
YES you are right.
And after that all the new exclusives they bring out won't be bought by me and all those people that got stabbed in the back that supported the game on day1.
Our unique skins are now no longer unique and exclusive.
Also you think that your solution has not been on the minds or even discussed at EA?
You don't need to be a genius to know this is a easy solution to make a quick $.
But future sells will be rock bottom because the community that bought the ''EXCLUSIVE" skin suddenly know that those skins are not exclusive anymore.
EA has people that do this stuff for a living and know exacly what happens when they do that.
Thats why they proberly won't do it.
They are interested in making a lot of money.
Not in making you mad.
This method is used all over the world.
People LOVE exclusive and limited editions.
Thats why you can even get a limited edition exclusive toaster these days.
Guess what happens when you turn something that is supposed to be excluse into a normal product for everybody to guy again.
They won't buy the excluse products they offer in the future because most people don't get scammed twice.

Most people have to spend 18,- to get the legendary required to get the recolor.
The chance you have the skin required for the recoler from basic packages is real low.
What i also notice is that the DEVS know exacly what character you play more.
I noticed that all my friends don't get legendary's of the character they are playing.
Most people want to buy a recolor of a character they are playing.
So most people will have to grab their wallet.
If you pay 18,- for a recolor it better stay exclusive.
This is my main example that i would verry much like to never see in the store again.
Guess what: Its a recolor.
Again:
Another system verry well tought up by EA to get maximum profit.
Its not a coincidence its like this.
There was not just 1 guy that quickly made the concept of the Apex legends store.
I dare to bet everything i have that, A LOT of tought and discussion went over the main source of income for apex legends.
If you make skins 9,- will they sell 2x more?
If you make them 1,- will they sell 18x more?
If you re-use skins will the same amount of people still buy future skins?
If you make a skin 36,- will 0,5 if the people still buy the skin?
Do you have that information/Data?
I'm sure EA has it.
But you seem to know better then all the experts at EA and the information and testing and experience they have selling virutual products.
Since everybody else has no idea what they are alking about and are excepionally stupid.
Especialy since your idea is not that unique its hard for me to understand that you seem to be unable to grasp the fact that EA maybe already considered this or tried it in the past.
So after breaking down all your other reasons that recolors should re-apear in the store.
The only reason you think they should come back is because you want them to come back.
And yes im also not happy with the current way the store is.
But like many things in the gaming world these days.
its all about max profits.
They don't care if a skin stays exclusive or gets reused, If they are outrageously priced or not.
Its all about what gives them the most money and least problems.
