Hi,
I'm thinking of getting Origin Access Premier - which, at the moment, says it will include season 4 battle pass. But what happens if i cancel my membership? Will any unlocks I've earned in that time suddenly not appear? What about Apex Coins I've earned in that time frame - do you take them away again What if I've spent them?
I understand that I lose access to any games that are bundled with Origin Access when the membership ends; but unlocks like this hypothetical situation confuse me.
Thanks

Hey guys.
I'm really sorry about the late reply on this. I heard back with confirmation that you would not lose access to the Battlepass if your Origin Access Premier membership expires. You also wouldn't lose any of the unlocks from the Battlepass as well.
Thanks!

Origin Access is a monthly subscription dealio that takes away all the products you get for free once your subscription ends. In this case, I highly doubt that they'd be able to revoke your premium battle pass permanently. A few things might happen:
1. When your subscription ends, you'd no longer be able to unlock anymore premium rewards. For instance, if you hit level 25 to get the Wraith skin, end your subscription, and then power up to level 110, you might not unlock the Flatline skin until you pay for premium again. However when your subscription ended, you already had the Wraith skin, so you'd get to keep that.
2. When your subscription ends, your battle pass is still permanently the premium one, but the only catch is that if you wanted next seasons pass without using Apex Coins, you'd probably have to re-subscribe.
3. Worst case scenario, your subscription ends, and everything is taken back from you. If you've spent the coins and crafting metals, you're put in a deficit until you clear your "debt".
Of course this is all hearsay and just my personal assumptions of what might happen. I'd say just to play it safe and buy the pass without using Origin Access if you want to make sure you don't lose anything. I believe you can also send in a support ticket asking for more clarification.

Thanks so much - hopefully those tagged names will confirm.

Hey guys.
That's a good question. I'll see if I can get some clarification on that. I'll follow up here when I have more info.

Thanks @EA_Kent; I will wait for your feedback. Much appreciated.
Thanks also to @pastaclown for the initial response, and pointing it at the right people to answer.
Cheers

I doubt EA have a mechanism for revoking a season of battle pass once it's been granted to an account.
As such you'll almost certainly keep it for the complete duration of the season, regardless of whether you maintain your O.A.P. subscription.
It's not exactly a money saving loophole, as O.A.P. is more expensive than a single season of battle pass. (special promo discounts not withstanding)

That's true, taken in isolation - I was looking more for a kill-multiple-birds-with-one-stone kinda thing. There's a few games included Premier I'd like to try - so maybe try them all, and get a battle pass thrown in free! Win-win.
(Besides - as you can see from my gamer tag; I'm not exactly the best player in the world. Someone keeps bending the iron sights of my guns - the * ...)
