I feel like I've been robbed by EA. I dropped a couple hundred dollars in this game to support it when the game first came out. I went on Vacation for a week and when I came back I was banned from the game. I sent in 2 tickets about it with there reply saying you have been banned with no explantion why.I will never buy another EA game ever knowing now there is no way that you can't even contact some type of customer support. I'm a older gamer with no desire to cheat and never really talk on the mic. So I have no clue if somebody hacked my account or what.

You must get in touch with EA's Terms of Service team in order to discuss your ban as no one can help you with this on the forums.

If you have already contacted them but they haven't lifted your ban then it looks like it's game over.
