Banned apex account

So this is how i got banned oof, 

On febuary 9, im out for my university where holiday is off, my cousin come to my house to request to play with my new installed pc, he plays the only game which is apex legend on my pc,

After i went back home from study, started playing 2 games for apex legend happily thinking its time to release my stress on this fun game, i got banned approximately like after 2 matches, i felt weird then i tried log into my other account having apex legend on low rank, played another 2 matches bam got banned, then i was like no issue enough playing game for the day, 

next day i tried playing for 1 match, within seconds i got banned and says my client account is banned, i felt weird and reset my computer ti reinstall everything and apex legend, then i try to play another game but it still says i got banned without allowing me entering the match, then i go check on everything, i saw something call apex cheat on my microsoft onedrive and i message my cousin, he started to bluff at first then he told me he download something fun from youtube, i go check on the youtube chennel and realize its a software things that do esp stuff on apex like seeing enemy on the map then i have to file an ban issue to apex, but i got replied with they find out my account playing hack or software modification, i was frustratedand searching online realizing apex done sort of hardware ban that caused my not hack associated account to get ban instead its my cousin who played apex legend with hack to enable the hwid ban thingy, and i felt more stressfull than before for unable to play apex which is the only game that i played through this year for almost month, grinding through my rank and now i just sit into range training everyday, anyone can show me how to sacrifice my cousin to get back my apex account

@leeyongjunsgmyI want to believe you but everyone uses the ‘’my cousin or sibling did it’’ excuse, im afraid theres nothing that can be done besides buy a new pc because that one has been banned forever

Alot of players use their main acc normally and use alts to hack with or some are even bold enough to use their mains so hardware banns are about the only way to solve the issue as its an expensive fine having to replace a pc vs being able to make unlimited accounts

Idk if its true but i read a post that somebody bought a used pc and when they logged on apex and their acc got banned because it had a hardware bann aswell, but its hard to prove that someone else used to hack that wasn’t you so im afraid theres really nothing anyone can do, you could contact support but I don’t think they will help

so its like i have to replace my pc hwardware that i just bought i mean literally i installed all the component that are as new as not over 2 months to get back to apex legend, but i grinded till 132 level with so much effort of waiting to buy in game cosmetic with those crafting metal and now i have to make new account to play on a new pc, or apex allow the account to be unbanned due to non software associate, then i at least can have old account on some new pc even though i dont know when i can buy new one or just  replace hardware,

@leeyongjunsgmy The account is gone, you will need a new account on the new pc as it was connected to a pc that had hacks at one point

so it mean that this account that i am currently using is unable to use anymore, so if i have to throw this account away can i delete mine old account and place a new made account on this old email then proceed to a brand new hardware, by the way are there any recommendation on what step should i do by right to pay the least to replace which hardware, to make sense of my current gpu is rx 5700 xt which is not cheap i i have hard time to replace that since it is new, so maybe i can just just replace the hardware or certain non very expensive hardware instead of just changing all to brand new.

@leeyongjunsgmy  Im assuming you can’t use the same email as its connected to the banned account, for the hardware problem i have absolutely no clue, i guess just wait for someone from EA to reply

so it just brand new email and brand new account, with those past account and email that i used for long enough is useless aredly.

Much appreciated on your guide, i contacted the suspension and banning issue team, as first they answered me like a automatic generated message where they saw action of cheating on my account and after the second re appeal mail i send them, i saw one of my older issue regarding the unable to log in to origin had closed due multiple case, then i was hardly to get any reply directly from like the real managing reply to see what kind or reasonable action they taken after the prior 72 hours or 3 days due mailing.

@leeyongjunsgmy The account is your responsibility, unless you got hacked by another person, the chances of getting your account back is next to none. Also, it sounds like you let your cousin play on your account. Not watching what they were doing falls under your fault, unfortunately.

You would have to get a new computer and make a new account to even play again.
