I know I might get a template response on this topic, but I've created a ticket to appeal the injunction because I think it's a mistake.
I believe EA staff will investigate my account and confirm that I have not cheated or used any means of cheating. I've been playing computer games all my life and never cheated in them. The reason I'm worried about my account being banned is that I really put in time. The difficulty of unlocking players and upgrading them to the point where they can only be forbidden by mistake is really bad. I really like APEX heroes. I hope I can restore my account so that I can start playing again.
I know most people who read this article will say that I am a liar and just got caught. Well, people can think what they want, and I agree. But if I know I'm cheating, why go through it?

If you have already started the process of appealing your ban, you should get a response by email from EA within a week:
"WHEN YOU'LL HEAR FROM US
We review each form we get on a case-by-case basis. While we try as hard as we can to reply within five business days, we’re human. Sometimes we’ll need longer to do it right.
Look for emails from [edit: email address removed]. We send our first emails about bans and suspensions and our replies to you from that address."
