Hello Community. I am deciding to raise my voice on this topic because I feel that it was quite unfair the way EA reviewed my case and I need to understand what can be done here for this.
I basically had my account hacked when I was inactive on APEX legends for about a few months. I came a few days to login to my game and it gave me the account was banned and so forth. I went to my email to check if there was any activity on my account and behold, I found that my account was logged into in 5 different countries in like 2-3 weeks (added some images). I raised and attached the files I attached here to the EA Support Terms of Service/condition team pleading that it was infact a hacked account and they utilize some sort of cheating that ended with me taking the hammer. I even told EA Support that they can check proof of residency were I am currently based (Saudi) and also the microtransactions all came from the same 'country' credit card. With all of the proof I provided they ended providing me with a generic statement with no relevance to my case.
So basically you perma banned me because my account got hacked and they used my account to hack under? Is that a fair way to treat your player base that was there since Day 1? I also invested in a little bit of micro (so even if they dont unban me, i wont toss and turn at night). Just want to raise the voice here because if you ask people to EA Support for some discussion, dont just copy paste generic replies to us specially when this injustice is against me.
Proof attached. I can also produce residency proof and proof of were I was at any instance that you considered "cheating". I am sure you are smart enough to correlate suspicious activity from multiple country logins to the fact that I am based in my residency country. Also, VPN wouldnt connect me to Zimbabwe.

and if anyone will plan to help me from EA (instead of posting to me to send to EA Terms of Service or a copy/paste of generic response). This is my case number: 51921291.
I am avaliable to produce any evidence you require, just be relevant to my case and be curious to investigate someone who got hacked and then his account got banned for no reason, simply becuase 1) your sign in emails for gmail go to "Social" folder by default so I wasnt able to pick on this activity 2) i was inactive and it was obvious from my sign in from the residency country.

Tough break, this is also the way I learned double verification is a must, because there are so many malicious people in the world. It also leaves a sour taste i your mouth when you are the one who gets punished for other people's terrible ethics...

Hey @54b147d7f2afe1c7 !
Unfortunately, we can't assist you further with account bans on AHQ.
All account offenses are reviewed by the Terms of Service team
If you want to appeal your ban i have to redirect you back to the ToS team.
You can provide them all the information you have.
Click here to Contact the ToS Team
I understand this frustrating but EA also provides various security features.
More account security information can be found below.

That's sad, I hope you did not spend a lot of money on that account. Next time make sure to have 2 step verification.

Unfortunately I did that now but a little bit too late :-(

Hello Zeel, thats quite unfortunate. I being there since Titanfall 1. I spent countless hours on the Titanfall franchises. Its disappointing because the ToS team will not share how they came to their conclusion (which i am sure there is reasons to avoid public debate). But in my case I presented proof that my account was hacked, I am ready to share government identity card to prove residency and that I definitely didn't go to Russia or Ukraine or Zimbabwe (in like weeks) to play apex when I was inactive for months before it.
Anyways I guess its over for EA for me. I would have liked to continue but when it comes to Free to Play games, it seems it doesn't matter to EA individual cases like since the fuller cup is more appealing to the organization.

Also before you mentioned I appealed my ban and they sent me the same generic statement which has no relevancy to any of my attachments.

I think its HWID ban. So I am out for good
my steam is well guarded because I have tons of micro ;-)

These situations are always unfortunate and I understand the frustration, but I also understand why the ban is against the account and not the individual. That definition saves Respawn from having to make thousands and thousands of case specific assessments which would cost them a lot of resources, if even possible.
Just think about "open" accounts on internet cafes where its virtually impossible to identify the individual responsible. Or what if my little brother played on my account? Or a friend who knows my password? etc etc etc
