I lose half of my gunfights because of the hit reg, and my friends complain about it too. Coming from ROE, I'm used to sub-par hit reg, but this is just too much. It's especially noticeable on the Peacekeeper and G7 Scout. I literally see the bullets impact the character and do no damage! The bad hit reg is there on full auto weapons too, thought it's less noticeable because of the fire rate. You can really see it when enemies strafe because they will sometimes just strafe right through your line of fire and take no damage, even on an R99.
I used to think this was because I had bad aim, but my aim is great in every other game I play, so it has to be the hit reg. When mixed with pathfinder's broken hitbox and wraith and lifeline's small hitboxes, it makes this game extremely frustrating.
I really hope that most of these issues get addressed during season 2 cause I want to buy the battlepass, but not for a game that will just * me off.

We know hit registration issues can lead to a frustrating experience, especially in those really close games when there's only a few squads left.

You've clearly done nothing about hit reg considering its still a huge problem and happens every game. Glad you "requested info:" though. Stop releasing baseline games and doing nothing to fix bugs.

Here's a grand idea change your tick rate, 20 is absolutely a pitiful trash amount, you're a multi billion dollar company, changing to a 60 tick rate isn't going to hurt your damn budget nor will it effect players negatively.
Just about every other game runs on a higher tick rate it improves latency barley effects the amount of bandwidth used especially in this age, would improve hit registration along with your garbage netcode you could make an attempt to correct. Games these days do the bare minimum on their backend because mindless chumps eat it up and spend billions every year it's insane.
All pretty simple fixes not like you need dynamic sever meshing or clusters connected to a single server cluster.
