Let's see what's causing this to happen. Can you upload a DxDiag for us so we can look at your system specs?

Well did you try to repair the game files using origin?
What internet protection do you use?
Could also help to check if drivers are up to date.
I don't know what ports Apex uses, could also help with a stable connection brb.

Maybe a Registry cleaner like ccleaner can help you clean out the Registry so you'll have fewer errors.
When dose the crash appear?
Will Apex even start as a game or are you disconnecting while trying to join a game on a server?

It looks like you have two different chips, any way you can disable the vega one so you're only running off the 560x one?

His laptop is Microsoft Graphics Hybrid: Supported.
Dose Apex support Microsoft Graphics Hybrid.MultiGPU systems?
Or is that a function only Nvidia has?
I don't know...
I find this topic interesting.
Are other people out there who have experienced the same issue with a AMD Ryzen/ Radeon Rig?
While having your integrated GPU on?
Because I don't think Intel/ Nvidia have that much issues with it.
