Im a 43 year old gamer dad with 3 young kids. Im going to tell you how it is and I dont care if your mods ban me. You will listen for once. Im a Season 1 Apex player I have over 18000 games and 3600 hours played with a lifetime KDA of less than .50. Ive purchased every battlepass since season 1, spent hundred of dollars on coins for Apex Packs for my account and my kids account as well. I have never hacked a game of Apex or nor would I want too. I dont have the time to and it seems pretty stupid to because It just ruins the game. In the past 3 weeks my account has been banned twice for hacking. The first time I received an email and could not play a game. I would get a rude message popping up saying I was banned and it would kick me out anytime I started a game.
I followed your pathetic process, filled in the support form, and waited. I was never contacted even though your own website says 3 days. After that I waited a few more days and I received an email saying my account had been hacked and to contact you guys. Now I couldn't even log into Orgin. So I had stay up until 2am PT to chat with a representative because for some unknown reason a billion dollar company has no number to call or even support during normal business hours in the US. Finally in the middle of the night I got a chat representative who made me reset my passwords and did something to my account I could then log back into origin. I asked him about my ban case and he stated that the Apex Ban was still being reviewed and it would be a few more days. After the support chat I logged back into Orgin and decided to try Apex. It worked and I could play again. I thought wow this is odd because my ban case was still open. I figured it was some simple mistake on your end and that was that so I closed my ban appeal case a couple days later. I then figured no biggie sh^t happens.
Everything was going great for about 3 weeks and then blammo today I go to play again and im banned again. Can you tell me how the hell a Season one player with as many hours / games that I have on my account and has never had an issue / ban in that entire time now has 2 bans in 3 weeks? WTF is going on with you guys? I dont get it. I filed my appeal again today and will wait the timeframe. I expect I will have to reach out to you again at 2am PT because I will never get a response. I play tons of other games and never had any issues. This all started recently, I dont know what junk algorithm you are using or moronic reporting system that you guys have in place but it should it take into account the hours and numbers of game played where there were no issues. Look at the file I have attached, its my stats, they are pathetic, do they look like the stats of a damn hacker. If this post upsets you as an EA employee, then good, now you know how I feel. Id like some form of response from one your support people on here if that's not asking to much. Thank You and good day!

Hey @NTMAN777
By reading your post I can understand you are frustrated and not sure what's going on.
The reason why you cannot call with an EA Advisor is because of the increased safety measures being put in place, more and more of the EA employees are working from home.
You can read more about the support changes here: Support Options Update.
To unlock your account again you will have to reach out again to the Terms of Service team. This can be done via mail in the support center, you'll find all steps en information about account bans in the link below.
EA Help - How to get more information about my ban or suspension
You can also reach out to an EA advisor via Twitter or Facebook
Make sure your account is secure and you have 2FA enabled and know that EAC isn't only looking for Apex Legends cheats, it also detects mod and cheats for other games.

@ZeelmaekersIve done the mentioned things, this is now the second time ive had to done them in 3 weeks. Im letting you know that the process is slow and does not work. The fact that I haven't even gotten an email from them on why I was banned this time should tell you something is not working right. Im going to be honest if I gave my users the support that they do I would of been fired a long time ago. Its the fact that they go around copying and pasting a generic script to forms that go unanswered instead of someone actually taking the initiative to help is part of the problem. Its the EA untouchable attitude that gamers should just have to deal with it is why they've lost sight of what support actually is.

@Sylvester9991 Thats a good though process. I wish it were the case. This PC is built by me, I do IT support for a living. I know this pc is clean. Ive never had any issues since game launch until 3 weeks ago. I just want a real answer from a real person so we can figure out the issue. Their lack of communication and never getting any kind of response is what frustrates the process. The website says 3 days to respond, I waited 7 with no response and had to reach out to them over a chat at 2am. I get it, EA will do what they want, when they want with no concern for the people involved. The forgot a long time ago the customer makes them not the other way around.

Doesnt EA send an email with the explanation for the ban? What did it say? Just some possible reasons:
1) Some kind of software running on your computer that counts as cheating (doesnt have to be hard cheats like ESP or aimbots)
2) One of your kids (or someone else with access to your account) is using hacks playing on your account or his own account but on the same computer = hardware ban.
3) You bought used hardware that already had a hardware-ban on it.
