Hi! You can check the FAQ about login issues in the game.

Usually it means that you need to connect to the game servers through Origin. Check that thread for answers and for how to contact EA support team.

But that error message is not on the FAQ. So I am still confused.

It seems like they dont support this game. Its been like this for a year or more.
